It's always a nice place to visit. Even if they are busy they still get the orders out in a very timely manor.

I went in today and the staff were really nice and helpful. The drink was amazing and refreshing, I would highly recommend coming to this location!

Stopped for a cold drink after hiking. This is the Iced Pineapple Matcha Coconutmilk Drink. They made it fast and it was delicious! Tastes like a tropical candle, but in an edible way ;) Just be careful to ask for light ice, unless you want the whole cup filled. It was my fault for not remembering.

Christmas morning the staff working was just on it. I was greeted, I instantly felt welcomed inside this store, & the barista making my drink was super friendly she tried making small talk but was doing a million things at once. This store you can tell is managed very well and they provide phenomenal customer service. As a store manager myself (for a different company) I see the ins and outs and this location in particular has provided a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment.

Update: I had an opportunity to speak with Michael, one of the managers and he straightened everything out. I was very pleased on his resolving the issues. Thank you Michael. (Original complaint: My wife and I went in around noon today, the music was louder than a rock concert and made it difficult to hear the person next to you. Then I wanted the "Dark Roast" coffee... I get "sorry we stop brewing that at 10am". Me, " I thought this place sold coffee". Her, "you can buy espresso shots in our regular brews at an extra cost". Me, "good-bye".!!!!! This angers me. This is a coffee selling establishment and they stop selling dark roast coffee?. This behavior is unacceptable as I am a paying customer and am NOT required to shop around their schedule. Honestly you stop brewing the dark roast at 10 am, why? It is simple, anyone wanting a good strong flavored coffee will need to pay extra for the espresso shots, pure GREED.)

Was stranded. . They made no issue with me. Charging My phone .

While making an in-store visit today (8-4-23), I received a cup of water after placing an order. The TDS Water tester I brought with me had indicated the water quality registered at 13 TDS (total dissolved solids), an extremely low number (the closer to zero = the best). The management should be complimented on being conscious and aware of respecting such an important and basic task of changing the water filter, for everyone's safety and benefit. A++++ Service. Well done, Starbucks!!

I had an amazing customer service experience at this Starbucks location. Luke was super patient and Felicity was very kind at the drive through. They clearly love their job.

This place is wonderfull. The have very helpful staff. And they always have quick service

Employees are very friendly and hardworking

The coffees is always good. I sure miss the little conversations with my coffee guy. Seems as though they are getting us through the drive thru more quickly. I'd actually rather wait a little longer and have the personal touch. Still excellent, friendly service. Did I mention the yummy soy latte?

I personally am not a "Buckster", I am a huge fan of hearing and watching my niece in action. When she is granted a Starbucks treat, either from a profound memory or the latest social media trend,just listening the craziness is pure enjoyment. Watching a seasoned Barista nod or the poor trainee demure politely (with a red face)and beg for help from a manager watching over.

Always good and fast service

I had a mobile order this morning and when I got there the staff was extremely busy. I always order extra ice and my drink didn’t quite have enough. The barista offered to make me a new drink, I felt bad because Of how busy they were but she insisted on making me a new drink. And on top of that, sent me on my way with both drinks. Excellent customer service to ensure they’re making their customers happy with their drinks. All Starbucks need to operate this way.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive! Coffee is always spot on and ready from my mobile orders.

The people here are wonderfully kind and compassionate, and do an amazing job. I'm having a very rough day today, and they just helped make it better by being the wonderful people that they are.

I love coming here to study. It can get busy sometimes but for the most part the drive thru gets the most busiest. plenty of outlets to plug in my laptop and nice workers and the place is always clean!
