OK, I found my new favorite spot for Breakfast....If you are anywhere near here you have to stop in!! The food is awesome, the people are fantastic, and don't even ask me about the portion size...finally a place where you get more than you pay for!! I have already planned out my next 4 visits what I'm having!!!

The whole vibe in the restaurant was really good. Feels warm and friendly. The food was great too. It surprised me that the scrambled eggs are made by real egg instead of egg liquid. Tastes amazing! Iced tea is unsweetened which is great. If you prefer sweet tea you might need to tell them. We came here because I really want to have biscuits with gravy for my breakfast but everything else was beyond my expectations.

I wish there was a way to give six stars. We chose this for breakfast because of the 4.7 stars and 1000+ reviews. It is worth so much more . We had breakfast (a scramble and egg/bacon) and it was too much to finish (hot, quick, complete, lotssss of bacon).
But while the food was excellent, what struck me about this place is the family and the staff that are running it. The place was crazy busy with a little bit of a weight, and the entire time we ate there, 45 minutes, not a single person or party that came in was not greeted, attended to, and/or orders taken.
Anytime any one of the staff came up to the counter and someone was standing there, they helped them, no matter what they were doing at the time, they refocused on the person they just met at the counter.
This place is service, family oriented, family style, and family run.
If I lived in LA, I would drive the 1 hour east every weekend to eat here with my family.

Came to visit to have breakfast because they had great reviews online and we were looking for breakfast in the area and live about 45 min away and not familiar with the area. Definitely did not disappoint, it was so busy and the food was fantastic!
Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful only thing with being really busy is to give them patience which was totally okay for me and my table since every seat was constantly taken, my only complaint was that all my food didn’t come out at the same time but it all trickled out within a few minutes each part but besides that it was great.
Definitely would return!

Stopped here on my way to Los Angeles, and I was amazed. The food was good and big portions. The only thing I thought needed a little more flavor was the pancake, but other than that, it was good. Service was awesome. Our drinks were always filled. They do have a pretty big menu, a lot of options. Definitely recommend.

Great food I ordered the (Hoss breakfast plate) was flavorful and delicious I just will ask for the potatoes on the side next time instead of under everything else but non the less delicious.

Visiting my uncle who lives in Yucaipa I live in sandiego he wanted to do breakfast before I go back to SD so we came here awsome food great service I ordered the chili scramble but had it omlett style with potatoes and cinnamon strudel muffin served hot my God muffin was heavenly never had anything like it just all around awsome everything was perfect

Was really crowded upon arriving. We figured it would take a long time to be seated but it didn't. Had a table within 5 minutes and she took our order soon after that. The food was great as was the service. Parking is very limited but you can get something if you're willing to wait. Would recommend overall.

Looking for nice place for an early breakfast. Found it at Clarkie's. Typical cafe menu. Their cinnamon streusel muffin is a must try, great flavor and with the butter dipping down..... oh so good!! Pancakes are lager and fluffy. The staff was super sweet. It's a little hard to find the first time. I almost drove past even though it's on a main street. The outside is kind of plain but it is done up inside quite nicely. Lots of seating, but there can be a wait at peak times.

YUM! We consulted google for some local breakfast recommendations while visiting some friends in the area, and Clarkie's is our new home-away-from-home favorite. Seated and asked what we wanted to drink immediately, wait staff was so friendly, and the food is incredible. We loved it so much we went twice during our week stay here. Get the cinnamon muffin, even if you're full (take it home for a snack later, you'll be glad you did!)

Had breakfast here and it was wonderful. Each at our table picked something different and there were no complaints. The breakfast sandwich so good. Portions are big so come with an appetite. Oh and don’t forget to have a muffin!!! Out of this world.

Searched Google for new place nearby. Never had been here before. Had very good reviews. They all mentioned a cinnamon muffin. WOWAH!!! We ordered our breakfast and both ordered this muffin. While drinking our coffee out comes 2 individual plates with this large hot muffin with a scoop of butter melting on top. Never had anything like it
...absolutely delicious! Resturant was very busy and had a slight wait but once seated we were waited on hand and foot by a very welcoming staff. Abundant portions with very good food at reasonable prices. They obviously have a huge following . You won't have any problem finding it...just look for all the cars and trucks parked on the street and the full parking lot.

Reminiscent of a good ole' diner from the pre-2000s. The coffee cup was never more than half-empty as an endless stream of refills kept coming. Enough food on the plate to keep your belly full until bedtime.

The standout item to me was the Cinnamon Streusel Muffin which is included as a side item on the breakfast combos. Don't come here and pass it up! The batter for the chicken fried steak was also very good.

Clarkie's was a really good place for a quick stop. Good meal, good coffee. If ever I was in the area again or driving to somewhere and I'll be passing near it, I'd target it for a bite.

This Place is an absolute Treasure!! If you have not had the great pleasure of dining here you are missing out. Right off the 10 FWY in Yucaipa/Calimesa, you can't miss it. The staff is so friendly and wonderful. Thanks to Millie and Chris who made our return visit a treat. Even the guests who are here are cordial and kind. The Food is outstanding!! Look at our Pics.
