Great grocery store and not only. They have a serious selection of products. The prices seem to be slightly higher than Stater Bros, but they carry a very wide selection of great quality products?

GABRIELLA, an associate that helps with groceries and bagging, is OUTSTANDING !!!!
In spite of how busy it was on Christmas, she took the time to assist her checker with finding a very difficult bar code. Love her helpfulness !!!!

Hardworking team they got here, I've never seen anything like it. From customer service to keeping the store clean and ready these people get the job done. Even through thick and thin they continue to push forward and have been through a lot. Best of wishes and God's blessings to this this store and it's staff. You guys are awesome!!!

Not happy about the cost of food...
Prices have gone up and packages / quantity decreased... resulting in a huge increase - more than doubled (some cases more than trippled) compared to 2019.

Vons is always clean and well-stocked. There is never a long wait. Their floral department is florist shop quality. The employees are always extremely courteous. Today I was shopping for teacher appreciation weekend found so many delightful items to give to my granddaughter's teacher. Don't forget to download the Vons app! There aee great deals to be had.

Vons Market,located in beautiful foothill community of Yucaipa California features fresh baked cakes,pies,artisan breads,produce,a huge frozen foods department,deli,dairy products,a large adult beverage dept.,magazines,a coffee stand and made to order foods in their deli area including grilled and fried chicken,deli meats and salads,fresh made sushi and sashimi.
The store is always fresh and clean along with bathrooms too!
They have a helpful store manager and the staff is always courteous and pleasant!
Our family really enjoys shopping at Vons

I went for the last day of the sale - they still had most of what I wanted on sale, except the water. The cashier said the water ran out really quick. I went ahead and got the soda as I felt it was a good deal. The box boy was very nice and went out to help me unload my groceries. I had bought way more then I should have. That's the nice about your store. They have plenty to choose from.

Always clean, needed assistance with heavy items to put in car. Asked an employee passing by and was courteous and professional and quick to assist. Found most of my items. One item not in season.

Vons Yucaipa cashier told me about special Veterans discount. I was not aware of the 3 day service special. It made my husband and I very grateful for the heads up. This is why we deal with humans, not online shopping.

Was a bit put off when the Cashback option isn't available for "tap n pay" I'm GenX, so tech is sketch. But dam. And Staters is making a bid to network over the big boys? Bet the reason could be updated user friendly systems? 🤷🏼🤔

It was nice still wearing my mask but it's has a lot of inventory and I've never had a bad experience with anyone working there, the whole crew that I've met have been great, it's nice to go into a grocery store and find what I'm looking for. They are still using social distancing for our protection at checkout but it goes fast. Two thumbs up 👍

Great service. My Wife needs her Organic Carrot Juice, and they are always kind enough and professional about the supply on hand and willing when possible to hold a couple for me till I can get there. I live out of town. Thank You Vons 😊

Vons deserves a five star rating, the service is impeccable, everything is clearly marked and in order. The deli is perfect and served as you order it. The pharmacy is always on top of everything and quick to make sure you get your prescriptions in a timely manner. All in all, they're on top of the game and it's pretty hard to beat that!

Super clean and quick check out. Deli food is a must for college football day.

I make a trip to Vons that leads me to the bakery for fresh breads that are exceptional in taste and freshness but now they offer a buffet style Mediterranean olives, artichoke hearts, and cauliflower mixes, its a newer concept but hope it stays! Always able to get specialty items that are new..never disappointed.

Pretty good prices and selection. Their produce section always has good quality vegetables and a great selection. I absolutely love their baked goods and cakes. Their rottisery chicken is delicious and fairly priced (it's a bit smaller than Sam's, for example, but the fat content appears to be a lot lower).

I go to this Vons 2 or 3 times a month. Every time I stop there on the way to Morton Peak Fire Lookout tower, I pick up whatever I will need for the day. The store is very clean and well stocked. Also the staff friendly.

Only store open til 12:00 a.m. Staff is helpful, but I have a problem with the water waste nightly, even during drought. You don't have to go to the mountains to see the largest waterfall in California nightly. I have told day managers, night managers and even attempted calling a number to no avail. Your billing department doesn't notice it because it's been going on for EVER! If you don't have a company that fixes faulty sprinklers, I think I have found your largest monthly bill, WATER. If your behind the scenes staff, as in billing, can't figure out why they don't get a bonus for Christmas, I know why. If you don't have a maintenance crew to go to fix these little problems around each store, you should. The most unappealing to all customers that see it, because I mention it. If your day managers don't have a de-briefing to the night managers on day to day complaints, and your managers don't know who to contact for these fixes, how do you manage properly? Further more corporate should have somebody smart enough to read the obvious signs, especially in your utility bills. Pay attention to your customers and most of all influxes in change to monthly billing and you might save a buck or two and put it in the pocket of somebody who deserves it. FIX YOUR SPRINKLERS!! I can't say it enough and shouldn't have to AGAIN!! or face fines from the water company and city!!!

It's MY grocery store if choice. My wife is a Stater Bros person. I grew up with Vons & Pavilions. Send more upscale while at the same time, they take care of their customers well. This specific store keeps the lanes looking good, the shelves stocked, and the prices in line.

The pharmacists recognize my phone number at this point, we do so much business there. I love the pharmacy here, the grocery store as a ton of selection too.
