Have to give it high marks. Friendly and attentive staff, the cleanest and tidiest TJ I've ever been to. So much stuff neatly displayed. Most others have merchandise strew all over the place like a mob of ___ looted the store. Will come back soon👍

Example nail polish set w/ fluffy slippers. Designer sets too MK, Juicy ,and others.

I come here about once a week (yes I know, I have a problem) and every single time, the staff is always so friendly. My latest visit, I bought a console table and needed help with loading it into my vehicle. Leo, Morgan and, another girl who's name I never got, went above and beyond to help me. I applaud the whole staff for their phenomenal customer service.

I love TJ Maxx! You can find designer names for much, much less. Excellent quality, great prices and good selection make me a repeat customer! Tonight I shopped for a birthday gift and found a whole lot more. That's the norm because they have so much good stuff!
On my latest visit on November 1, Christmas items were being placed on display. The store looked festive with Christmas goodies from decor, edibles, paper goods, toiletries and more!

The guy in there was extremely respectful towards my intimidating appearance. I had just come from Vons up the street a I bought a dozen crab legs, and the guy was very supportive about it, and he seemed to find it rather comedic. Props to him.

I LOVE THIS STORE! Every gal in here knows and practices customer service.. I only go at night usually. There is ONE manager with a shorter pony and she is not very welcoming and seems WAY too hard on the girls and it truly affects the vibe. I dont like going when she is there. Store has amazing stuff

Small, but well-organized location. Shelves are neatly arranged without being overstocked. Employees are personable, engaged, and cheerful while working. Positive experience each visit.

This store carries a lot of things that are needed. It's an all around fun store to shop in. The prices are fair and I appreciate when there's long lines they get help sent to the register instead of just making us wait. Thank you TJ Maxx in Yucaipa!

Just had to share! A very special sales associate named Melissa, went completely out of her way to help me find something. I had to leave, she took down my number and searched for it and called me later! What great customer service and kindness. Thanks so much.

Love the unique product lines they carry and all sales reps acknowledged me while I was in the store! Avoids feeling awkward chasing down employees for questions. Customer service carried through to the check out service, so friendly. Will be going there much more now I know how great the store is!

Always a great shopping experience here and wonderful people. Its hard for me to find what i want anywhere being 6'7" but every once in a while i find a size 38 in length with 34 waist and sweaters or long sleeves with extra length and no girth! -alien!
