The UPS Store

I wouldn’t normally write a review for a UPS store. Although I’m willing to give credit when it’s due. The employee Julian really made my daughters day. She was sending out a Halloween package for her little bff. He sure made her day by answering all her little questions. Also reassuring her that he will take care of her package. She left the store remembering the very nice employee. Her package got to her bff even a day early.

Was out visiting family and recieved some great service on helping me send things back home from Sherri. She was very helpful and very quick, unlike other locations I've been to where the employees aren't very pleasant and don't seem to like their jobs. Sherri was very pleasant to work with.

I will only come to this store if Julian is working, I need a poster done asap and he had it don’t the same day within a short time frame. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go to the Keller location and ask for julian only!!! He was such a sweetheart on helping me with the whole process, and was very patient with me the whole time !

my experience was wonderful when I went into the store to get documents printed Priscilla greeted me with a smile and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out as soon as I came in. I will definitely be using this store to print documents and mail letters.

This store has amazing staff and service. I came in with numerous Amazon returns and Sherri was so pleasant and helpful. I was amazed how quickly she processed everything. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I never write reviews but felt inclined recently! The store was clean and Sherri was very patient when answering my questions and helping me through the whole process. Will go again!

I love going to this location. Sherri is so helpful and friendly. She always has a smile on her face. That makes me leave with a smile on my face.

I use this location frequently on my work days in Keller. Sherri W has been a great help every time I come in. She always has a smile, and I am so happy to have a friendly face help me!

This is a great store, the staff is always helpful, and I’d like to add a special shoutout to Sherri - she was very attentive even though the store was busy. Really helped me out.

I just moved to Keller and this was my first time into this location. I was immediately greeted with a big smile and assistance from Autumn Faith. I first asked her if there was any way she could help me figure out why my grandson didn’t get his package. Even though It was not sent from this location, she did her best to try and help. She made sure all the addresses that were saved in the system were correct as well as changing to my new address She was very precise on making sure everything was correct then proceeded to mail my grandson a new package. She was very patient and very thorough and due to that experience with her I made sure to get her card with her name on it and let her know this location had won my business and I will always deal with her for all my ups needs.

I don't usually make reviews however I have to this time. I came in with my AT&T return and Autumn was nothing short of amazing. She told me to keep my reciept because there was a chance they would try to say I hadn't return my belongings. Well low and behold they did just that and thanks to her heads up I was able to prove I did and save a lot of money in the process. I will always ask for her when I need help.

Had to get some prints done and Julian helped get them done quick and made them look even better than I could imagine. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful employees! You can tell they all enjoy each other's companies and have a good time. I've never properly mailed a package through a store before, but Kaitlin was a huge help through the process, explaining things to me and didn't make me feel dumb, which brightened my day!

Julian was great when the associate was having trouble looking up details on my shipment. Got it figured out quick and easy!

Julian was super helpful when I needed a standup sign made. He did such a great job at creating exactly what I asked for!

Great staff at this store! My husband and I came in with about 6 different things to get done. The gentleman at the counter was patient and very helpful. He competently answered my questions and offered advice. We will drive the extra miles to use the Keller store from now on.

I have had such good service at this store. The employees are all friendly and helpful and have gotten me out the door quickly. They are very knowledgeable and help me with any shipping issues I might have. Definitely recommend this location.
