Camille is one of those real ones, rare people was so much kindness. She helped me customize drinks, and when she exited her arm, asking me if I wanted this Venti, passion, tea, complementary I felt my face and asked her if she was serious it’s not every day you get a free Venti Starbucks drink she laughs and said yes because we’ll just throw it out, I grabbed it from her saying I did not deserve this. It’s small interactions like this that mean a lot to me. I may not ever get a free Venti passion tea again so I’m enjoying this moment. She went out of her way and went beyond to help me with a couple drink orders. I wanted to tip her, but I didn’t have my credit card. She deserves recognition, so this review is not for Starbucks it’s for Camille because honestly you guys are lucky to have her as an employee. So sweet

It's Starbucks - there really isn't anything else to say. Jason, however, is a true gem! He is so kind, friendly, and professional during every visit!

We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received at this location. Addie was very attentive and kind! She let us sample one of the sandwiches that we have never had and it ended up tasting amazing. She made sure to greet guests as they were coming in and leaving. We will definitely be back!

This is One of the best Starbucks we went to. The staff were very kind even before 15 minutes of closing time. They served with plenty of patience, we are actually new to this town and received great service from this Starbucks. So hats off for the great service. Good work team Keep it up.

Always one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Always clean and has a lovely patio. Staff is consistently very friendly and attentive. Recently had a mobile order and they were out of cold brew. They were quick to apologize and refund me. And went out of their way to make me a new substitute drink. So kind!

Update: the normal workers offset this really bad experience. They are great and it brings a smile to my face when I see them.

Usually you guys are good. But whoever was in charge of the mobile orders today should maybe get better training. Saw 4 people who had to get their drinks redone because she kept making them out of order. And she made my frozen drink first then I waited 20min for my other drink. So by the time I got my other drink the frozen drink had melted....

My first time at this location and they did not disappoint. We went through the drive thru and the guy at the window was able to give us our drinks without any risk of contact. I have an autoimmune disease and during this pandemic it is great to see all the ways companies have adjusted to keep everyone as safe as possible. Thank you again!!

Great place to study. They have a bigger cafe than other Starbucks locations do. Many, many places to sit and work. Large outdoor seating as well.

Great customer service! Everyone is always so nice and they always take their time to make sure my order is correct, but also in a timely manner. The atmosphere is also very inviting and it’s a nice place to study.

This Starbucks has the fastest drive thru ever! Zack is always great and genuine. I'll drive a little further just to go here! The service is fast, friendly, and such good drinks! I highly recommend this location!

This Starbucks is at the top of its game! Service is wonderful, and the employees are always going around giving free samples. Another thing that I like about this Starbucks more then any others is the space, there is almost always a place to sit, weather its out on the porch or inside. This is also a very convenient drive thru spot.

We love the Dallas Zoo. We take our sons at least 5 times a year to visit all the animals and I have a good time. They have wonderful family activity especially my 6 year old enjoys riding the monorail and he enjoys the hippos very much. Even my one year old when he was little he loved to watching all the new animals that he's never seen. Last year we did a family membership and I'm sure we will do it again this year as well. It's a fun and cheap way to have a enjoyable day with your children.

Our favorite of the local stores, clean, usually calm and quiet, drinks are good and friendly staff. Keep up the good work, ladies. The wood chairs could be more comfortable though

Great location, always friendly staff, and the menu - it's a Starbucks. Try the medicine ball (Honey citrus mint tea) - fantastic flavor and just perfect for that "feel better". Definitely recommend this location.
