Great customer service. Went in store to purchase the Jordan Brotherhood 1s, upon doing so it was brought to our attention that the shoe was sold out after I placed a down payment on the shoe. However, when the bad news was brought to me, the employees apologized and gave me an alternative. With a deal like this I couldn’t say no. I will most definitely be returning. Thank y’all for the great customer service you’ve provided and giving me a wonderful experience at your store. As stated before, I’ll most definitely be returning.
