Downes Auto Parts - Goldsboro

I have been going to Downs Auto Parts for years and have been completely satisfied with the service and treatment you get from Mr. Lenard and his employees they always been very professional, but today i happened to go in for a part and Mr. Lenard stopped what he was doing on the computer to help me personally. I told him I had started the #1 Auto Surgeon L.L.C. repair shop and he took down my info and said he would start sending me some customers. That really touched me and showed me that there are some good people in this world you just never know who has your back.

Had a heater line blow on my big rig! They had reasonable prices and even delivered the parts to me! I’m defiantly putting a pin drop on this place. It’s a go to for basic everyday parts on this end of the country now!

Well staffed, quick and efficient. I received a nice greeting as I entered and pleasant well wishes as I departed.
I have to add that they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for 🧐.👍
