The store Manager Felix is an Above and Beyond he’s very professional and knowledgeable in his business ,he always makes the customer experience be the best, and his team very friendly and helpful,I highly recommend this store, and I give them ten thousand of stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐PLUS…!!!! My favorite store!!! American Eagle at Miami International Mall !!!!

I thought the other negative reviews were exaggerated, but staff really is very unfriendly, seem unprofessional and are not helpful at all.

Ignoro qué está sucediendo, pero la tienda se encuentra sin compradores y con poco surtido de artículos, no tiene alguna promoción o descuento anunciado.

I recently came in on 3/27/23 to buy a bunch of outfits for my sister. I got there a little after 10:30am. I walked in and none of the staff said a word to me. They didn’t even look up when I entered. As someone who has previously worked in retail, that is a bad look for the company. I started looking around and had questions about some of the promos, however the two girls that were in the store remained on their phones and didn’t look up to even see if I needed help. I kept minding my own business and next thing I know about 30 minutes had passed and not once did they even acknowledge me or say hi or ask if I needed anything. They obviously had zero interest in being there. I eventually left without buying a single thing. Terrible customer service. I was always on the fence about shopping at this store but I can say for sure that I will take my business elsewhere. The least they can do is say hi as you walk in but I couldn’t even get that. This is either a management issue or company issue.

No compré porque no quisieron venderme un suéter que tenía el maniquí puesto y era la única talla que había. No entiendo esa política de exhibir lo que no van a vender. Muy mala la atención en la tienda del InternatIonal Mall

Muy mala experiencia el manager de la tienda muy incompetente ya que teniendo baños en la tienda me negó el acceso a entrar con mi niño para poder cambiarle el pamper muy mala experiencia el cual no la recomiendo por ser tan insensible

Malisima atencion en la tienda del international mall los probadores cerrados porque los empledados no quieren trabajar y el gerente no hace nada
