I love Ideal baby! I just drove from Fort Lauderdale to buy a going home outfit for my third daughter. All of my girls have gone home in outfits from ideal baby. The customer service and selection of knit baby clothing can not be matched. They also have all the best baby items. I’ve bought my stroller, car seat and high chair there in the past.

Maria is amazing and definitely knows what she is doing. She’s also so friendly and makes the session super funny she was so nice with my hiding baby and did not give up you can tell she wanted to give her full effort and she did just that and I left super happy ! Hard to find people who work with so much dedication to their clients. Thank you Maria ! <3

Went today and had an amazing experience! Carlos was god send and helped us out with strollers and baby furniture. The attention was unmatched. Very knowledgeable and was able to help guide us to the right products for us. Had such a wonderful experience!

I originally bought a crib and dresser set with them in 2017. I had ordered the toddler railing in 2018 but for external reasons, I never picked it up. Today, I went in to order the railing again, assuming they would not find my order from 2018, and ready to hear that the railing had already been sold to another happy customer...whoa! To my extreme surprise, they were able to locate all my past purchases and they in fact were STILL holding on to my piece that had taken months to arrive back in 2018!!!

They not only have a great tracking system, they also have superb customer integrity and of course all staff are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. That's probably why they are still in business after all these years.

This place is a hidden gem! CUSTOMER SERVICE! COSTUMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the minute me and my wife walked in. we were greeted by the staff. Store was not crowded and service was the best. Spent over an hr with the Carlos "the stroller guy" (not sure if that's his real name lol) but he showed us all the models, pros and cons of each and demoed each of them opening and folding them. GUY KNOWS HIS STROLLERS! I cannot explain how great shopping was here. Do yourself a favor skip buy buy baby and head here you won't regret it! And ask for Carlos!

One of the best places to go buy your baby needs. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, competitive pricing. If Carlos is working, he is so helpful and insightful on the products.

I was looking for a specific item today, I called many baby stores only to find rude and difficult sales people on the other end. Then I finally called Ideal Baby in Doral (boy I wish I called here first). I spoke with Yesenia on the phone... she was polite and efficient, she held the item I was looking for, for me. When I arrived in the store, she greeted me with a big smile and was very accommodating during my visit. George was also quite helpful, in fact the whole team was very attentive and warm.

I wil definitely return to this store for all my baby needs!

Amazing customer service and quality products. The employees really care about the store and their customers. The store manager helped me and wife personally and answered all our questions and even tried to get the warehouse opened for us on a Sunday. Great place! they have a customer for life.

Drove down from Fort Lauderdale was very impressed by the quality and selection. The sales women was attentive but not pushy. There are plenty of displays to choose from which helped with my selection. I will be back.

I wanted to take the time to say that the service and attention I received at Ideal Baby & Kids in Doral was incredibe... I am working on designing a nursery for a client of mine ... She is due in the late summer ...and a you can inagine I had a million questions to ask... The staff patiently answered all my questions and really made an otherwise stressful experience really great. Thank you to the staff and store manager for helping me for over 3 hrs ... My client was very happy.. She was so thankful that the staff also took the time to share their vast knowledge of the car seats and strollers... With so many options its nice to have had the attention and great service where my client could ask her questions and get something that would last her a good amount of time and would be the best investment for her and her family. If you want great service, selection visit Ideal Baby & kids in Doral ... By the way the carry amazing shoes!!!... We picked up little Melissa shoes while we were there... To die for. Huge hug to the team in Doral... We definitely be back!
