AT&T Store

We had an excellent visit today at the new store in Palmyra. We walked in and were greeted with a hello and we will be with you shortly. Quintell P came over and started working with us shortly after. He helped us set up our new iPhones and even offered to put on our new screen protectors. It was pretty quick, I’d say we were in there for 1 hour. Overall a great and easy process. The facility was clean.

I have had great experiences at this AT&T store. Keean is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any problems that we have had. We have used other cell phone providers in the past, and AT&T has by far had the best customer service.

I had nothing but a positive experience with the staff here at store number 1252 in Palmyra. PA. Quintillion was outstanding as the only person of 5 previously who resolved my issue. Outstanding and very satisfied. Give him a raise! He deserves it.

We went in one night shortly before the store was closing. Quintero, P was the young gentleman that waited on us and because of his knowledge and his transparency that is the reason ATT&T now has our business. Everyone we came into contact with in the Palmyra PA. Location were so curtious , helpful and knowledgeable. Last time we switched it took a us 7 hrs this time Quintell made it so easy. Everything took about an hour give or take!! What a great experience kudos to Quintell, P. Highly recommended!!!

I was really in a jam with my iPhone and I felt like I was possibly paying too much for my phone bill… I happened to stop in this palmyra location and the manager Tyler hooked me up with a great deal where I got a whole new iPhone for free and I traded in an old Apple Watch and got this new ultra 2 and paid next to nothing…and I know doing this with my old company wasn’t smart financially and it was always something keeping me from getting it… but Tyler and those guys at palmyra were very professional and knew their stuff… he gave me a nice work discount that I didn’t have before and a few more to where I saving about 50 bucks with a better plan and more stuff…I recommend stopping here for your wireless needs, Tyler will take care of you!!!
