This place is not only the cutest thing, but the SERVICE is out of this world! They will go above and beyond for you and it shows. I ordered some stuff online during a sale and had it shipped to my house. Unfortunately, it was back ordered and I was also moving the same week they said it would be shipping. They took care of the order and sent me extra for inconvenience. I was very impressed!

Between myself, family and friends we have spent a tidy sum over the last 15 years. I’ve never returned anything.

Today, I had an issue with a Brumate Toddy XL which is “covered” by a life time warranty and spoke with owner about an exchange.

“I’m sorry, I can’t resell this - it’s been used” (lid won’t align properly to affix to opening”

How about getting a warranty credit and say - sorry you had an issue.

Instead I was told nothing we can do. “I don’t even sell that pattern anymore”

Again - wow. I’ll be sharing this with all my teacher friends.
