Clements Ferry Ace Hardware

Very nice store has everything for your various needs the staff really nice and helpful.

We at Heirloom are always running into Ace on Clements Ferry whenever our business needs specialty hardware. We appreciate the good products and great people.

Went today after hearing it's under new ownership. Definitely night and day from the last few visits. Much friendlier and more helpful atmosphere. The paint section is getting stocked again. They had everything I needed today. Happy I can start supporting local again.

I prefer this store because it is close to home and I want to support local businesses. However, 8 of 9 visits they did not have what I needed....
UPDATE: New owners, better experience! It is a good sign when you pull up to a hardware store and the parking lot is full of pickup trucks. Even better- they had exactly what I needed. Moving ACE to top of the deck.

Very small store, but the staff that was there was trying to help as best they can to locate products. They made sure to comment that the store would be getting a lot more items restocked soon to try and garner repeat business

The staff at this store made went over and above when my wheelchair van broke down. I arrived in their store with my husband in a wheelchair and my 8 yr old Granddaughter. I was having a meltdown due to not knowing how I was going to get my husband home along with my van. 2 women employees rose to occasion and offered seating, comfort, hug, drink and helped to entertain my granddaughter. They made it so I was able to regroup and get everything taken care of. I will never forget their help and will definitely shop at this store when I am in the area.

People that work there really love their job. Guy made me three keys in no time. They love my dog too

Everyone here is always extremely helpful. I work near this location and have to use them all the time. They're not as stocked as the big box store like Lowes or Home Depot, and the prices are a few cents higher. But I always go to them when I need something fast and it's not worth the gas or time to drive several miles to a larger store.

I’ve been trying to visit this store since hearing it opened. My family and I live on Daniel Island so it’s very convenient should I need anything for the house. Well the other day, I needed some fasteners to fix a fence. Stopped in and found everything I needed and then some :). All the aisles were clearly marked and all the employees were friendly.

I go out of my way to go to Ace as opposed to the big box stores. I usually call ahead to see if they have what I need. The help always accommodates my questions and go above and beyond to help out. They have a good selection of Traeger and Weber outdoor bbq supplies as well.

Very helpful staff, clean store and plenty of parking.
Maybe it is a sign of the times but they really don't have a lot of stock for anything that I was looking for. I'm still gonna have to make that trip to Lowes which is unfortunate because this hardware store is much more convenient to where I live.

Nice new store. Employees were help and friendly. Clean and neat inside. They don't have everything like a builder supply big box store, but they have most of the things that a homeowner might want or need.

Wow is this one of the nicest hardware stores I've ever been in! I always prefer Ace to the big box stores, but this one is very large and well put together. It doesn't hurt that it's also brand new, too! Keep it up!

Fantastic! I came in with a list and I was able to get everything on the list. In addition I received personal service. The sales person walked with me all through the store helping me find each item. I will definitely be a return customer!

They had what I needed for my Stihl equipment on both visits.

New owners have really turned this business around. You will find almost anything hardware related you need here.

Growing up Ace Hardware was the only place you could buy building materials and we loved going there. As the years passed on Ace was kinda left behind becuase the stores all began feeling tired and forgotten. It appears they figured this out because the stores have received a much needed facelift. Nice stores with everything you need and unlike Lowes or Home Depot the employees here are glad to help and not hard to find
