The UPS Store

I had the best experience with this place. My grandmother had passed away, and I needed to ship a lot of truly priceless, but incredibly fragile items of hers back down to my home in TX. I stopped in with all this stuff, incredibly nervous about how to get it there safely, and already in an emotional state. Thankfully, the manager was there and helped me take care of everything. He was so kind and helpful, and didn’t even charge me for all the materials I used trying to (failing to) pack the items myself. He personally packed up everything, and it all made it safely to the other end of the country. Not a thing was broken or chipped, and it made it there pretty fast too. Now I’ve got all of my grandma’s wedding china and a few other things always with me to remember her by. I’m so incredibly grateful.

Convenient and very professional workers. They did my notary as well. Explained well about air and land transportations to choose.

So far great customer service from Joshua, I believe the manager. I called with an unusual request, pretty much thought what I wanted, couldn’t be done, Joshua confirmed my suspicion, couldn’t be done, phone call done. Approximately 2 hours later, Joshua called me back with a work around that ended up working for me. I didn’t give him my phone # during the initial phone call, he must have pulled it from caller ID & called me back with a solution. I would say, Joshua went above & beyond—-

I went to the Prairie Center location today. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Joshua was so helpful and made me feel at ease with the process of sending important documents via UPS. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave excellent customer service. Kristen was also kind. If given a choice, I will choose to use this location because of employees like Joshua!

I don’t know why there is 3 stars overall for this location. Every time I go there to return Amazon packages, which is often, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and quick to do it. Thank you for the good customer experience.

Best customer service experience of the month. The owners of this shop went above and beyond to get my 3 packages shipped. They let me borrow a few tools, helped me pack my packages, and stayed late after 7 to get the job done. I have shipped across the country at all the major stores, these guys were the best I have ever seen. Family run and care taken, amazing job and THANK YOU!

The two guys at this UPS Store are seriously the best! They were patient yet gave pretty quick service. I came in to the store at the end of the night (15-20 minutes before close) expecting them not to be able to help me. Not only did they take me, but they printed my resumes on the resume paper I brought in. They gave me a 20 cent discount per page without me even asking for it and wished me well in my job search. I will be going to this UPS Store again when I need help printing or shipping. I would definetely recommend them for the great customer service they gave me! 🙂

This UPS store did a great job helping with printing banners, flyers and other promotional materials for my business. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The customer service is exceptional and employees and owners are very friendly. I would highly recommend UPS store for all your business and shipping needs.

Quick service, no line at the time I went in (noon-ish). Two attendants on duty. Was dropping off an Amazon return. Was in and out in under a minute. Been here multiple times with no issues.

UPS Store near Eden Prairie Center is a friendly destination for sending packages. I've always been greeted with a warm 🙋 hello and staff genuinely let me know they appreciate my business. They can be busy at times but always acknowledge customers as quickly as possible. This is one place I can depend on for friendly efficient service.

This UPS location is the best UPS Store I have ever been to. Employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. The management is great, and the employees are always looking to help. I visit this location regularly and have never once been disappointed.

FANTASTIC customer service! I had came from the local Fed Ex store after them trying to charge me over $120 to ship some golf clubs. They noticed immediately that my box was oversized for the clubs I had inside due to the movement of the clubs inside the big box. They brought out a much smaller box for me to try and repacked my clubs for FREE (Fed Ex store would have done the same for $30!). It ended up being $67 instead of the $120 Fed Ex would've charged me for the exact same service. The owners of the store were on site and EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I will continue to use this UPS store and leave the Eden Prairie Fed Ex store in the rearview mirror.

I have been working with Krish and her team for at least 8 years, as I've been launching a global business! I drive in from Edina each time I need something really important to be handled-ie legal documents etc, because I can count on her team. The service is always top notch, and the international prices are always delivered with cost and efficiency in mind.

on Christmas busy time I send a Glassware (easy breakable) to my Mom.

Ordered a print from home with an extra copy. But I got the extra for another sheet, not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they gave me one without charging extra. Staff are nice and great. Will visit again.

I was running late arrived at 501 pm. The guy who was locking the door opened the door for me. He reminded me it was 501 but he scanned in my box anyway. THANK YOU!!!
