DICK'S Sporting Goods

There's a guy that we see there most every time and I think he is a store manager; his name is Anton. The other day when we were in a huge rush to get a soccer net he met us at the door helped us find what we needed and got us rang up and out of there! It means a lot to shop at a place with familiar faces and it's a pleasure to see someone enjoy their job and be good at it!
We'll be back!

Maria was amazing!! I needed snow pants and since it’s late in the season everything was put away getting ready to be shipped out and she found me a pair of pants. She went above and beyond!!

This nice fellow named Mac helped me bag my prime the other day. He was very very handsome. He made my day.

The guy in the golf section was very helpful and was helping 3 people at the same time while fixing a golf club. The 5 star rating is because of him.

I was at the store yesterday and the power went out due to inclement weather. The staff managed a full retail store of people extremely well and pulled chairs out for anyone wanting a seat. We ended up leaving because of time restraints but were given 20% off every purchase for the inconvenience of having to come back. Upon return I was met with exceptional customer service from an employee named Jackson. He found the stowed items in no time and honored the 20% without a fuss! He also aided me in sorting my rewards account and gave me valuable information for future visits! Enjoyable experience.

Purchased 2 kayaks and John helped out the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You don't see the kind of customer service he offers anymore. Highly recommend talking to him if you have questions about anything outdoors.

Just processed a return got the wrong nikes for my girlfriend on Christmas. Was greeted as soon as I entered. Young manager and cashier both had excellent customer service. I was taken care of quickly and with no issues. Store was very organized.

Really good experience here. Nice environment and the people that work here are very friendly and will take good care of you . I highly recommend spending your hard earned money here.. you won't regret it. Little pricey though and the guys working the shoe department are very slow

After a Christmas present packaging incident that was no fault of theirs, James and his crew did whatever they could to remedy the situation. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to fix the problem. Well deserved 5 star rating!

Saved around 100 dollars on a Teeter inversion table. Saved another 80 dollars on a fishing reel and a sleeping bag. Associates were very helpful and friendly. The service was excellent.

So many shops have Sporting Goods... but this store is unique and focuses only on Sporting Goods... Look for sale ........ nice store to shop ... I saw tons of Golf accessories and place to try out them... nice...

Loved the place, nice staff. Mid selection of shoes for running though. Changing area could use cleaning, other than that loved the place.
