Fire the girl working tonight July 8 2019. She was on her cellphone when I came in and was so inconvenienced she wouldn't look at me or say hey, hello.. Can I help you? Very basic stuff. Instead she chose ...YES?! Totally condescending and rude. still not looking at me. We got heated. Called the manager Diane, who was reasonable and tried to help me. told the girl let me pump. right after the call complete change. DISOBEYED MANAGER AND WOULD NOT LET ME PUMP. I've been around, and the balls this girl had to talk to me that way. I can't believe it. You guys need to check your employees. This is not the first or the second time they have been rude. Can you do something or is this your companies standard?

I bet they send "we are sorry for the inconvenience" IT'S A CONVENIENT STORE

I have been in there and used the atm and used my card there a few times for snacks and stuff. I looked at my bank app today and there’s 2 charges from this mapco store number 3219. each for a dollar and then someone bought gas on my card. The card that I don’t use for gas. So someone at the store has taken my card information. Do not use this store!!!

Brush your customer services MAPCO. Better this company should train the stuff before put them in front desk. I'll never visite any MAPCO. I recommend you guys to don't put ur money in a store like this. Exxon and Shell is way better. Good luck

Beware. Refused entry to me and my service dog on top of being very rude in telling me so. Cut off my explanation and said I couldn't come in despite the fact that no where in or around the store is there a no dogs sign posted anywhere. EDIT: tried to enter the store at 11:45 and they had the doors locked and didn't even acknowledge me despite closing at 12. Get it together mapco.

Middle of the day and door was locked with cashier sitting behind the register with her headphones in playing on her phone. Said they were “closed” when hours of operation said “12am.” Doesn’t make sense.

I was just in this store they are allowing people to come in with no masks on and nothing being said .Of course it was a knuckle dragger who proceeded to call me names as only a boy does .The store should be fined as a result for allowing the transmission of covid through their carelessness of our community.

Worst service ever. Lady wouldn't change out the soda for the fountain drinks and tried to charge us for them. I'm here alot, and will never come back again me or my company

Absolutely despicable. Fired an employee VIA VOICEMAIL for defending himself.
