The UPS Store

I have been using this ups location since they opened. In addition to top shelf service ALWAYS it is one of the friendliest service providers in Nashville. The folks there hustle to get u in and out as efficiently as possible and go out of their way to make sure u get what u need and came for. Recently I needed to shred about 16 large boxes of sensitive materials. I chose to go to David’s UPS store because I trust them and have high confidence that my documents would remain locked and secure until they were picked up by the shredding company. I would give this location and the folks that work there a 10+ if the rating meter went that high - the place is that consistent!

I want to let everyone know about the great work of Sean at the UPS Store at the Belle Meade Galleria. The end product, a poster, was fabulous, and Sean helped me so much to solve several design issues. The service at this location is fantastic!

A long-term, frequent customer of David Sandoval's UPS Store at the Belle Meade Galleria, I'm more than impressed! It's almost become "a home away from home" -- a place where he and "everybody knows your name.".

David sets the welcoming tone. Jeremy and the other employees convey the same. All are professional, efficient, hardworking and kind. Sean, the graphic designer, is at the top of his creative game, turning out unique, innovative results and always on time.

Total pro! Love this store, and David S. is the best in the biz. He also hires great people. No matter how busy they are, they move fast, and get it done. But, there is more because David is a seasoned exec and has a solid businesslike temperament. He's not a pushover, which for some may be hard to accept--but for me being in business for 30+ years in a high capacity I love it!

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! These guys make us look good on a daily basis with their fast & friendly service. Whether we are printing, scanning, copying, sending a package or working on a craft project, these guys have us covered. Fast, efficient & the nicest people to boot! This store writes the book on customer service!

While I live on the opposite side of town, I make the trek over to this location because I know it will always be a great experience. The customer service is amazing and I leave knowing that everything will be taken care of. Well-stocked, well-staffed, clean, courteous - you can't go wrong with this place.

An incredible experience, and I never thought I'd say that about a package delivery lol. Genuinely friendly and efficient customer service, low cost, and our huge package arrived safely just a few days later in Canada. Nothing short of a miracle these days! :-) How I wish they were based where I live, that would make life so much easier and nicer...

I had a really complicated and difficult shipping request. At the first place I went, the person told me they didn't know how to do it and sent me away. I then went to this location and was greeted with the offer to help and figure it out - after a few hours, they were able to do it! Everyone here was really helpful and I am so grateful for the kindness and efficiency. I will definitely use them again and recommend this particular branch.
