Very clean store with good sales on most items. Wife really likes the women workout pants. Great materials and very durable. The men's V neck shirts are very nice and soft.

I went to go spend my Super Cash I earned last month. Finally, I found some high-rise jeans I'm comfortable in.

I have found some good deals at Old Navy. Recently I found slacks that fit perfectly with the right length. I also purchased a nice top on the clearance rack for $5.

Hello Fall! Look at these cute fall clothing for Toddlers. I saw some great fall fashion through out the store

I went to buy some clothing items for a toddler girl and I was happy with the selection. The store is organized and tidy with maybe the exception of the clearance section...but anywhere you go the clearance section is a hot mess so I'm not made about it. I'll definitely go back.

Whether shopping online or in store I am usually able to find what I want or need. I find the app easy to navigate and to complete my purchase.
Anytime I decide to shop in store it is usually very organized making finding items I want easy to locate. Once I am ready to complete my purchase the lines can be fairly long, especially during the holidays but that is to be expected.

In this bustling season, they are swift and still offer good customer service.

Best experience in a retail store that I've had in a long time. Jeremiah went on a hunt for a shirt in my size when we couldn't find one on the table. I didn't even have to ask him to! And I love that he was just as excited as I was when he brought one up to me saying 'look what I found!' That's phenomenal customer. service.

Not about this store specifically, but about the website. I discovered today that they have options to view different size models, and it made me realize how much my body dismorphia needed to see a model my size. Great job Old Navy, keep it up!

The staff were so helpful and polite. The saleswoman also help with picking special items for a birthday gift. She gave the best customer service I've had in a very long time.

I was recently reminded about Old Navy after not having been there in several years. I was so pleasantly surprised by the great deals there! I've been shopping there more often since then, and I've gotten so many compliments from my co-workers on my new outfits from Old Navy.

So helpful with returns. My boys instantly tore the tags off their new clothes but the cashiers were able to look up my purchase from my ON credit card and exchange them from that!! Awesome staff in Chattanooga TN

Always good prices and sales.

When you enter, men and boys clothes are to the left, ladies and girls to the right. Makes it easy to know where to start. And it's like there are always sales here. Like everything is almost always on sale. So you can always go here and get a good price. They also have good hours to get in most times of the day.

Old Navy is always a good experience. So many relaxed daily wearables. Kids, women and men all find fun and easy to wear clothing there. Keep a good line of sports clothing coming! Affordable and fun. That's about it. Lots of different clothes, good sale prices and easy to wear clothes.

I really like Old Navy but I have the hardest time finding things that fit properly and then I get frustrated and go home...they have some SUPER CUTE dresses right now though! Happy Shopping!

Old Navy always have reasonable prices and great sales. There were plenty of changing rooms available, and the staff was nice. Good organization too.

Excellent customer service. Fitting rooms were open which is the only way I will buy clothes is if I can try them on. The prices were great too
