Bathroom sink pipe decided to crack on a Sunday afternoon. Needed to find replacement parts. Walk in the store with all the broken pipe that needed replacement. The gentlemen in the back wave at me and ask me to bring the parts to him. He knew right away what I needed. Less than 2 min I got all the replacement parts and walked out there. For a small store, it carry many hardwares for most home improvement. Great local hardware store!

Great hardware store! Really nice staff, they are always willing to help you locate a product or help with a project. The store is deceptively large and contains a huge selection for such a seemingly small store. Would highly recommend shopping here for all your hardware and project needs whether large or small!

Finally a person who tells you what you need to know. I had been looking everywhere for a 4 ft LED that is shatter resistant and compatible with my ballast. This is the first person who told me there are plastic sleeves that can go over the bulb to prevent shattering. Wish someone had told me this sooner!

I've been a customer for around 20 years. Great selection of hardware and non-hardware products and excellent customer service and prices. If you need a special order they will do their best to get it for you as quickly as possible. Solid neighborhood hardware store which is a convenient alternative to waiting on line or for customer service at a Home Depot. Currently they have much needed PPE supplies.

Got a shovel when it snowed, the price was $10 more then on Amazon, but the shovel was great quality and it was instant gratification so I did not mind. They look like a full hardware store & care everything you would need from a hardware store. I usually buy from Amazon for the convivence of prime, but it's nice to know there's a local spot that could provide last minute tools and hardware needed to do the job.

Love the personal customer service and the immense store inventory. This shop is HUGE from the inside and the best part is - the owner is highly creative. He will go out of his way to give you the best and most affordable solution, not just the most expensive product. They work with you to understand your problem and then give you a tailored solution. Home depot just lost a customer. Mic drop !!!!

Great service. It was busy, but it’s a neighborhood store with personable characters. Wait patiently for your turn to be assisted and I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for. I came in with my computer monitor since I lost a few screws for it. One of the employees helped me with finding the right fit. Better experience than the big box stores. Shop local!

Review is for key copying services. I visited two Home Depot locations prior to coming here, and also called many locksmith businesses to see if they offered key copying services. Due to the ongoing pandemic, it was nearly impossible to find a place. Home Depot gave me wrong keys twice and told me one of the keys they couldn’t even copy. Came to big Apple hardware and got all 3 keys copied and ready in less than 10 minutes. They had the exact model of each key and the keys were copied with 100% accuracy. Highly recommend this place. They know what they’re doing!

Went in there to get a copy of a key made. They were quick in expediting my request. I was in and out in no time. Great local hardware store if you don't have time to go to Home Depot.

They have been my neighborhood hardware store for my family and me for the last 15 years. They always have everything I need with the knowledge to answer any questions I have ever had regarding my home projects.

I called this place up after my house and car keys fell into the cracks of a street sewer. I was completely stressed the F out as you can imagine. I called up big apple hardware, and explained my situation to Hamid
When I arrived he had an extendable magnet and duct tape ready for me. He was super helpful and kind in understanding my situation. I Ubered back to my car and I attached the magnet with the duct tape to a curtain rod and literally fished my keys out of the street drain. I recommend this place highly, Hamid was understanding and genuine. Thank you so much for your help Hamid! You earned a customer for life!
