Had a fantastic shopping experience at the Costco near the airport in South SF! I was thrilled to find the alkaline water packs, grabbing three of them. With 18 bottles priced at just $11, not only was the value unbeatable, but the water tasted pure and refreshing. To top it off, their selection of organic orange juice was impressive. Fresh, flavorful, and a wide range to choose from. This Costco location truly stands out with its quality products and competitive prices. Will be returning soon for more great finds! Highly recommended.

Another convenient Costco, especially location by the airport and along the way to and from San Francisco. Ample parking, gas station appears to be slightly separated by a small street. Food court does not seem to require membership access for now unlike other Costco stores during my visit.

South San Francisco Costco has standard items but also offers seasonal items. This location has a gas station and seems to always be congested. This location is minutes from the SF airport. This location is my favorite Costco. The food court no longer accepts cash so you will have to use your card.

Great place to buy groceries, meat, seafood, baked goods, electronics and other items.

High praise for Tim, tire tech, who promptly fixed the nail in my tire problem on a drop-in without appointment late in the day. Amazing customer service! Hey, all Costco tire center employees, be like Awesome Tim.

This Costco wholesale warehouse is very popular. It is really hard to find a parking spot on Saturday evening. Here is some interesting statistics. in 2020, Costco had 105.5 million members. It is the second biggest retailer in the world. And, a typical Costco store sells only 4,000 different products, Walmart sells 140,000. What i like to buy in Costco is anything that is cheap, healthy, and will not get spoiled because of the expiration date. Some portions are away too big for individuals, not enough time to eat. What is good to buy in Costco? Here is the list. It is water, olive oil, drugs(generic or prescription), prescription glasses, nuts, organic almond butter, egg whites, eggs, rotisserie chicken, tires and gas. What is not good to buy, i believe, is over the counter medications, books, flowers, office supplies, and a large quantity of produce. Finally, I was very disappointed to see a large number of people staying in line to return a merchandise. There were too many of them. It seems this store has one of the most lenient return policies of any major chain store. I do not support store's returning policy. I think, Costco should tighten loopholes to prevent return fraud and abuse by Returnaholics. Overall, my experience in the store was positive.

💙 this Costco. Roomy, great selection of many kinds of food. it is rarely super busy or packed, so it's a pretty easy in and out. great Ada accessible parking in front. possibly slightly understaffed or maybe it was just today but I'm not mad since it was sooo mellow. the pharmacy employees are extremely sweet. it might be out of the way but ultimately a Time Saver for me. And this is the only Costco in the Bay Area that is carrying the 48 pack of ramen!!

King of the bulk buy. Costco is it. I always enjoy shopping here, especially during off-peak hours. Also, the self-check is genius.

I forgot to pack contacts while traveling and went to the optical dept, they didn't have my scrip in stock, but they went above and beyond to find a costo that did and have them hold me a box while I drove there.
Wish I could remember their names, but it was the evening of 12-20-23, good job to the crew.

I like it good to shop you can find what most things you need.
Clean and busy place.

Costco is always a phenomenal place to shop. You find things where you're looking for, and the treat is to get a hot dog and a soda 1.49, pizza, or a bomb Sunday

This is a location that don't check your Costco card, if you just want to go into the food court. Before the pandemic, they had BBQ sandwiches, chicken caesar salads and polish sausages. Those are no longer available, along with the free chopped onions to go with the hot dog. I look forward to getting a hot dog every time after shopping here. Good times.

I Love Costco, excellent vegetables, fruits, dairy products, incredible prices for hot dogs and pizza ! Yummy fresh seafoods and best prices for paper towels and toilet paper

First time go here a lot of items but too expensive especially the meat products it’s overpriced. Don’t mind shopping here for my business.

Costco is Costco. I expect crowds, and long lines. Though I am always pleased when it goes quickly and smoothly. Costco has great employees, good systems and the lines go quickly. If you know their code system (price has an * or prices have a 7 ie: $29.79 or $29.77), you are getting an deal. They always have new product and offer samples too.

The one thing that I do like about this Costco is that it's far less busy than the other Costco on El Camino. Typically you can get in and out fast when the freeway on-ramp isn't closed. But here in the next few months it should be back up and open. Costco gas is great the lowest price around given that we are so close to the airport where other stations are price gouging. This store sometimes doesn't carry everything and it seems that their normal Supply can be an Overstock at some time. One of the craziest things is let the parking lot can be completely full but in the store seems empty.

I went grocery store shopping with my mother this morning, and the first person that assisted me where to find Charmin tp was very helpful showing me where it's located away from all the other similar items. He told another customer where dish soap was located as we were walking towards the aisle where our product was located.

Upon checking out, my elderly mother was distracted and used the wrong credit card to ring up all our purchases. She apologized to the cashier for her accidental mistake, and asked that the purchases be made using the right payment. The man proceeded to explain that this would require a "return process" and seemed like he didn't want to complete the transaction all over again. My mother then approached Johnny L. for help, the Front End Assistant Store Manager.

Johnny L was patient, understanding, professional -- Everything that management is supposed to be, and a role model to all his Costco Team he works with in South City. While he was helping us out, his register even ran out of receipt paper, and he had to replace the paper roll that ran out. Then as we were finishing up our transaction correcting everything, my mom asked Johnny if he could please staple the two receipts together. He didn't have any problem with going an extra step for my elderly mother. And then the stapler was out of staples, and he quickly, swiftly grabbed the stapler (Johnny is very competent at what he does!) from the next register over and stapled the receipts together.

It's not a pleasant experience anywhere, when it seems/feels like someone doesn't want to help you/me/anyone. It's especially difficult as a customer, when asking for assistance feels like a burden or that one is annoying whoever is working at any establishment. It's one thing if business is hectic and super busy, it's another issue if there is no one else waiting in line.

Johnny L redeems any/all negative experiences we may have had at this particular Costco location. If we could give 10 STARS for his stellar customer service, we would! Great job overall though for the majority of the Costco Team at South Airport Blvd; y'all rock!

Good looking flowers for great prices. There are also reduced (coupon) pricing on items not listed in the coupon book. If you have time to browse, you can find some unadvertised great deals.

Gas station, food court exterior of store, plenty of free parking, busy location. Good service. Highly recommended. NICE. Love this place.
