The best coffee chain. Some disrespectful anti maskers imposed themselves on the place against posted local orders and request from the counter staff.

Great place. Really calming vibe. Super friendly and professional staff. The service was really fast.

The staff here are amazing. 10/10. Met up with a friend for coffee. A mentally ill person came into the cafe and started to scream at us. The employee help guide the lady out of the store while keeping calm. He also made sure to check on us before and after the situation escalated. Thank you!!!!

People working here were very friendly and they all move with a sense of urgency as if each customer were priority. I liked that. More importantly, the coffee was brewed perfectly each time. I love coffee and I know my brew. They capture exactly how I want my coffee to be. Unlike other coffee shops that are more about commercialized coffee and products, this store is the real coffee biz.The ambiance is relaxing, and the people who goes here are mostly either businessmen, students, or coffee-aficionados. Plenty of electronic outlets, plenty of chairs and desks. Over-all, this place is more than decent-- it is excellently managed! I highly recommend it.

As usual best coffee and good customer service. Good location, off the freeway, right before airport. If no parking on side, around the corner. Two clean washrooms. I love the natural brown sugar packets. Seating room, and people using laptop. Bit spacious.

This is very belated but I just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff at this location. I locked myself out of my car at 5am on thanksgiving day (no keys, no phone, no wallet) and it was dark and I was pretty scared. Peet’s wasn’t open yet but a staff member allowed me in, let me borrow their personal phone, offered me something to drink, and made sure I was safe and locksmith was on the way before I left. I feel like people aren’t so kind to strangers anymore, at least not like this, and I can’t say how much I appreciated their help. Thank you Peet’s staff, you really saved me!

Me and my bud Rob’s fave coffee shop in the SF/Peninsula.

Stopped in for morning coffee! Place was nice and clean. Off the corner and parking on the side and perfectly off the highway! Hot vanilla late was better than Starbucks one!

Giving 5 starts due to barista customer service skills. Order was taken wrong at the counter, just vanilla was missing but she offered to redo the entire drink. Good job grl!

If you get in there early in the morning, no problem. The line isn't crazy which usually is given the location. Parking can be hard to find but there are several parking lots. Service is good and very helpful. Lots of choices you can make, Lattes, Cappuchino, Mochas....I like to add little nutmeg to my coffee. Enjoy your cup of coffee everyday!

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and curteous. Seems like a nice place to relax for a while ( I usually just run in to buy my beans and a Black Tie). Overall I like this location for its proximity to Grand street and the 101 on ramps for north and south.

I like all the Peet's Coffee some are more modern than others but all very quiet and relaxing place to read a book or write a paragraph or two.
Their drip coffee in last 10 years not being as a strong as they were 10 years ago but they're still very good.

After so long time visit to this location, the courtesy and people are so welcoming to everyone, the one worker gave me a bag of coffee after remembering me. This is my favorite place to stop and I recommend everyone to have a coffee stop from the road off hwy 101 for a break [: you won't be disappointed (: I wish I remember the lady who gave the coffee bag, and hope this note goes to her and thank you (:

They always have great coffee & teas to pick from this is where you can start your day or end it. Great place to have a business meeting. Soft lights nice music it's just right where listen and hear yourself talk. Relaxing

When i need coffee FRANTICALLY when I've run out the night before, i know i can depend on Peet's! They open at 530am which is perfect! Because i am up that early!
Everytime i come here, the staff is friendly! Even to be up that Damn early! I can always get the beans i need to take home for self grinding or grab a cup because i have ta go!

Always a better cup of coffee. I usually hit the Starbucks by my office because they have a drive thru and it's easy. But the coffee at Peets is so much better. Not bitter. And Pumpkin Latte is far superior to the PSL at Starbucks. Just better coffee flavor. And let's not forget about the crispy ham and swiss. Absolutely the best. No comparison to the ham and swiss at Starbucks. Good job Peets.

Nicko is the best barista!! He gets my orders done correctly and the taste is superb. His customer skills are unbeatable!! Thank you as always!!

Very convenieny location on Grand Avenue by freeway right before you need to go on US 101. When I'm in South City, I go out of my way to park on Grand Avenue, pay the meter and get a cup of Peet's. Simply the Best Coffee anywhere.
