Sierra the manager at Tilly's in Redding, Ca and her staff went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience with the online customer service for over an hour and she was very patient and took the time to fix the situation. She was very professional and kind!

HORRIBLE customer service from the dude in the red and black plaid shirt.. ignores customers when approached he just ghosted us. He clearly heard us both. Maybe he was having a bad day but at least acknowledge customers.

The manager is disgustingly rude! Her name is Ellie. She’s gives dirty looks to the customers and makes the environment uncomfortable
