Love this shop. They always have my juice in stock. They have a great selection of devices, on top of that the place has a lounge where you can sit and chill if you want with a few old school video games. Staff is super friendly and they have a great reward system. I've been in a few times since I set up my rewards account and I'm already at almost $30 in store credit. I think I'm gonna save my points for a new mod. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a unique, and awesome vape shop experience.

By far the nicest vape shop in the area. It's more of a vape bar where you can chill and hang out. They have the biggest selection I've seen and the prices are great. Ryan, the manager, was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be a regulat customer here!

I absolutely love coming here. Everybody here has always been so incredibly helpful, educational, and kind. I've been shopping here for a good while and recently had an incident. The store associate and manager were incredibly understanding and empathetic and went out of their way to help rectify the situation. 10/10 highly recommended for any of your vape products.

The guys that were running the place were awesome!!! I bought a couple of things and I got the best customer service experience from these guys!! If you go there tell them that I sent you, and I'm sure you will find that they're the real deal!! Thanks guys for all your help and for the awesome selections that you offer!! I will be returning to get more of the butterpecan caramel ejuice, and some other stuff too!! They have all the tools to build your drippers and tanks, they will help you with everything if you let them, they're very experienced with vaping and very knowledgeable as well.. You guys ROCK!!! After contacting about 12 different shops from Michigan to Florida I found vaporgate and let me tell you I delt with Jason and Tyler were such a amazing people! They stayed on the phone with me for a good 30 min and got every single detail on what I was looking for and he promised me that he would make it there highest priority to help me locate a mason Gemini series 2 ( there obsolete) they called me back about a day later and he told me he found one! And they even threw in a bonus gift of 4 mouth clips that fit the mason I ordered!!!!!! The amazing customer service I received from not only Jasonand tyler but from the warehouse was out of this world! I hopefully will get to visit this shop in person soon! Thankyou vaporgate I really feel like family! Recommend anyone to go here for any vape needs!!!!!

Today was a fun time at Vaporgate. My husband is very fond of this location and will likely continue coming here no matter where we are because of Andrew and Connor.

They are kind, knowledgeable and so willing to help whenever he is there.

This place is the best! Vapergate is the only vape shop I go to that consistently has what I'm looking for, I'm pretty picky with my juice. I also need a high nicotine content, been smoking most of my life and high nicotine vape juice is the only thing that keeps me from going back. 9/10 times, Vapergate has nice boosters. Anywhere else, no such luck.
On top of all this, I went in yesterday for a replacement vape and Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I asked a hundred questions and he got me the right vape and even helped me pick out a vape for my sister. It's her first Mother's day as a mom and i wanted to get her something special, but practical. (She's trying to switch from juul because of the price) and Tyler hooked me up with a brand new "Vapresso" and I know she's gonna love it! Thanks again Tyler! Much love to you all.🤟❤☮🌻

I received my mail order today. I reached out to the store since it had been 2 weeks(I live in Co) since anything.(2 days ago) The person on the phone was courteous and respectful. He passed my concerns & info to whomever. The individual that filled my order added some extras. I appreciate it. I'll continue to shop with your store

My first order from Vapergate and I have to say, You Guys Are AWESOME! I was a little leary at first ordering from a company I didn't know but the updates u sent to keep me updated on my package is 10 stars. My package arrived today and everything was A-1. THANK U have made a customer for life

Very legit, I used to work in the industry for more than 2 years in another state, & this is a great spot for anyone with a sub-ohm, or mid to high performance vaping preference.
Not to mention the decor is excellent & comfy. The guys are straight forward & honest, it's one of the only quality shops I care to visit in Colorado and I'm a little picky about vape shops & where I spend time or money... unfortunately I'm not very close to the location, but they'll see my face again. :)

So today my tank broke on my mod. I was planning on getting a new mod soon but the tank kinda forced my hand. I had never been here until today. The regional manager was running the shop. She was so friendly. Not only was she originally going to sell me replacement tanks, but she helped me upgrade to a much nicer mod in a cost efficient way. I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time. She showed me how to set up my new mod with the best smile. I really liked it there. Will be returning.

Really great staff and selection. My coworkers recommended this place to me. And loved my stop in. They had a wide selection of juices and they also have higher nic strength than other shops in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and took the time with all my needs !!! Will definitely be back in the future for my vape juices. Oh they also have nic packs too which seems to be a rare find anymore. Thank you for the great service yesterday

So much selection that it makes it easy if I want to switch flavors. I don’t have to run to 2-3 different stores. I go to my local Vapergate and they have what I see online and I don’t have to have it shipped. Keep it up!

These guys know their stuff. They sell coils at the appropriate prices. They're knowledge is unmatched in any other vape shop in the area. 11/5 stars

Cool place and stuff! My only advice is to supply more from the popular juice and coils! I am happy to support local businesses.

Best. Vapeshop. Ever. Hands down! They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. But Conor's customer service is truly noteworthy. I used to go to the shop on S. Holly, but quit going when it seemed like they never had my juice in stock. That's partly because I cut my bottles of 3mg down to a 0.75 by mixing with bottles of 0mg, which aren't very popular. So the first time I drove all the way out to the Wadsworth location, I was pleased to see how much bigger it was than Holly. But what really sold me on going out of my way every time I needed juice was Conor. On my second visit, several weeks later, he legit remembered me and what I bought on my first trip. He told me he made sure to always keep several 0mg bottles in stock just for me. At first I thought it was just lip service to keep a customer, and he couldn't really mean it. But EVERY time I go by, no matter how long it's been, Conor ALWAYS knows what I buy, and ALWAYS has it in stock! What's more, when I went by earlier this week and told him I'd be moving to NY for school, where they're not allowed to ship, he went above and beyond to get me set up with a big order to take with me when I go. He hooked me up with a great volume discount, got me a bunch of loyalty points, and set everything up for me to just drop by and pick it up. Whatever they're paying him, Conor deserves more! If I could give them 15 stars I would - 5 for the great juice, 5 for the great store, and 5 just for Conor!

The people who work here are so nice! Very professional and knowledgeable. They even gave me a generous discount when a product I bought wasn’t working for me! I highly reccomend this shop!

The staff was awesome! The lady working was very patient with me. I am new to this and she answered all of my questions and gave me really good suggestions! She also helped me sign up on their website which gave me a discount I was able to use on my purchase! I just wish they stayed open an little later that is my only complaint!
