5 stars for Tracy in the customer service section. She helped me get my refund after buying a PC that had a broken GPU. I bought it online from the Lebanon store and after plugging it in and realizing nothing came up on my monitor I returned it to the Lebanon location and they couldn't refund me because the serial number didn't match the PC tower. So I returned it to the middle town location and Tracy made sure I was able to get a full refund. Thank you very much for everything.

I call this "My Walmart." I love, love, LOVE, this Walmart. They keep everything well stocked. The cashiers and floor personnel are simply the best. You can tell from how they approach customers that they are not just kind and lovely people, because it's their job. They are truly caring. I highly recommend this store.

Very friendly employees! We were there about 45 minutes and had at least 6 employees greet us and ask us if we needed help finding anything! Keep up the good work!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in directing you in finding what you need. A very clean store and very up to date with stocking their shelves with inventory.

Sometimes you have to park back aways because some people park in handicap when they are not handicap and your stuck trying to get to the door they know who they are

We were looking for a nice black dress shirt for an event tomorrow for my husband and found what we needed.

Quick in and out. Found exactly what I was looking for got to self checkout and was out of there. By far the fastest Walmart run ever today

Convenient location being right by so many other stores. I like it they have competitive prices. They also offer so many ways to shop. If you're in a situation where you can only do a pickup order, walmart does that. Great place to shop!

Daniel was amazing. He was at my car b4 I could get checked in! He was very nice, friendly, professional, and provided fast service. I was only there for less than 5 minutes. I can't say enough good things about the service he provided. I will definitely be using this service again and again!

This review is for the 'baker', who save my day making the custom cake in few minutes. She made it with heart the outcome was fabulous!!!! Please stop by at this location and get your custom cake made.

Shout out to Gage and Crystal for going above and beyond to help us with our issue. One of the best customer service experiences I have had at a Walmart.
Miamisburg location was completely useless and told us there was nothing they could do. I knew they were full of it and being lazy as that is the typical response at that location. Customer service is just garbage there.
