We had the BEST experience with Ryan today. He was the only one working from 10am open until 1230pm when someone from another store came in. He worked as efficiently as possible, helping several people at once. Most of us were there for upgrades. It took longer than normal, but with his great sense of humor and personality, everyone who stayed was taken of. He took the time to answer all questions, helping us choose the best phone for us, and to put on screensavers. This guy deserves all the praise!!

On Saturday, I came in to get a new phone and was helped by Erik and Rico. They were both so helpful and answered all of my questions!

Eric was patient, friendly and very very knowledgeable. He answered every question, gave great advice and helped the entire family get set up. One of the the other team members put SpongeBob on the tv for my autistic child. Every team member there yesterday and today were friendly, professional and I will absolutely shop at this store again.

First I would like to thank everyone at this store for creating a light and welcome atmosphere. Specifically I would like to thank the staff for helping me get through a glitch in the system that did not allow my new phone to work. They spent nearly 2 hours on the phone talking to tech support, showing an incredible amount of stamina, resolve and especially patience all the while maintaining a positive attitude. Many thanks to them for making this a store I want to go to instead of have to go to.
