I go here several times a month for years. They are so kind. Great customer service. I feel like I'm apart of the crew. I'm a talker, and they never mind engaging in a conversation with me.

Rachel, the manager, provided excellent customer service to help me track down and recover a package and that attempted delivery outside of the indicated delivery window. Her expertise and customer service receive a 5-star rating for her professionalism and follow through with my situation. Thanks Rachel!

I had one of the best UPS Store experiences ever here.

Went in, unknowingly, 15 mins before closing and was not treated any differently. Mike greeted me whilst two others workers were hard at work preparing for closing.

He took my multiple Amazon returns, noticed a motorcycle, and struck up a friendly conversation with me while he completed my needed tasks.

He even made a few extra minutes for me to continue discussing our shared passion for the two wheeled machines.

It struck me as rare enough that I wanted to come leave a 5 star review for the store. That close to going home and he gave me more time than anyone would because of a shared hobby.

Just came out store on Dixie Hywy. Very nice people....there were 2 employees...both came to counter as there was someone behind me.....I had not returned anything before. The male counter person was extremely helpful. In a few minutes the place was full. Still they were very nice. Store emptied out quickly....I will certainly return here. UPS needs to reward this store

I had such a great experience in there today. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Miranda and Felix were very helpful, kind, and quick. They deserve recognition for their great work ethics.

Love all the staff that work here. It sucks my delivery driver won't deliver to my house but the people that work at this location have made it that I now enjoy picking my packages up.

Spectrum now makes you take returns to ups; I thought for sure they would be annoyed when they saw my spectrum box but they were friendly and they’re always friendly at this location. Except Emma, Emma was rude but that was over a year ago and I don’t think she works there anymore.

I was able to get an important document both printed and Notarized in one place. Extremely convenient. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

I work at the Red Wing Shoe Store, and we exclusively use this UPS Store for all of our shipping needs. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions we have and are always willing to go the extra mile in making sure we have everything we need. We love them! They even do pick ups when we are too busy to drop off our packages! I would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping big or small.

The service I received is unparalleled anywhere else I've ever been to ship a package. Both the ladies working were incredibly helpful in ensuring my package received total personal attention. One of the women working related to my dilemma on a personal note & was incredibly understanding & very helpful. I'll totally rerun fir all of my personal shipping needs!

I went to get a few papers notarized for school and to overnight them my academic office. The lady that took carry of the notary part was great and very helpful. I even bought a few boxes to pack up a few things to ship out as well. The hardest part was getting out of the parking lot as they were busy. That must mean they are good at what they do right?

The staff at this ups store are always super helpful and friendly. They've helped me pre-determine how much my shipments will be ahead of time so I can bill my customers correctly. I've done business with them for three years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm a field engineer and am heading to an emergency service call at a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Florida. I had extra tools that I couldn't take on my flight, so I decided it would be best to ship the roughly $1,500 in tools home. This store did an incredible job of handling my order quickly and with a great deal of professionalism.
If you ever find yourself in a bind and need to have something shipped fast, this place will take care of you.

This store ROCKS with their customer service experience! I'm an Amazon seller with a pretty steady flow of packages coming and going. Several times Chastity has gone out of her way to educate me in the proper box and packaging requirements....and more than once came to my rescue showing me exactly how Amazon and UPS expect the packaging to be prepared. Really, I just thought "hey, how difficult could it be?" But it turns out this package prep thing isn't all that instinctive to nail down. And really, the rest of the staff and also very friendly and patient...THANK YOU Chastity and company!

Ship packages here all the time, quick and easy, friendly service. Associates always come from the back if there is another person waiting in line.

A+ customer service! I was greeted promptly and the young woman helping me (Lauren maybe?) was very knowledgeable of the variety of products and services offered. Although I live in Columbus, I will always travel to the Franklin UPS location for my packaging needs. Thank you UPS
