Sunoco Gas Station

This place is clean, fast and the staff paid attention to me when I was in line and progressed us quickly. Looks like they have a new management now which is amazing with lots of selections in hot food.

Great Location. Great Employees very clean inside and outside. Wide variety of products to choose from the SE# 40106

Standard gas station with typical prices. Exterior is not maintained and the entrance on Craig St is missing drainage covers so it's not safe to come in that way.

Interesting mannerisms here, but I'm just getting gas or a snack most tymes, nothing major.

Stopped by for gas around 10:00 pm. Have noticed that at least 3 hoses didn't work. Then I tried the one which was functioning for another customer. I purchased gas in the Sunoco app, but the gas never started pumping. The same happened on the next one. Went inside, pre-paid, but even this never helped. I asked the cashier for a refund. I should say everything was happening when outside was freezing. Frustrated

I visited this location today at 2:00 pm attempted to get a French vanilla cappuccino and it was empty. I advise cashier and the look she gave me was like I was bothering her. She advises she will fill it and proceeds to wait on next customer. He needs propane and she's unaware how to fill his order. She goes to the back of the store and gets Rita who trains her on how to place this order. Neither one is acknowledging me period, no I'll be with you shortly nothing so I leave again neither one says wait we'll get to you. Please advise how such a high traffic area can't assist two customers there are two registers. The drink stations were filthy any way they did me a favor. I just don't get how such a huge franchise has poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have a service dog, and came in to get cash today. A woman told me I couldn’t have my dog in the store, and I told him he’s a service animal. She loudly said “they’re all service animals” so that I could hear it across the store. when I was done with the ATM, I went and asked who had said it. The woman I had talked to owned up without hesitation, and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked to speak to a manager, the employee told her it was because she “didn’t like my dog in the store”, I was told I would have to wait and the manager didn’t care. All of this was highly illegal and extremely rude. My (highly trained) service dog stood there the entire time, not misbehaving or bothering anybody.

They do not care about their customers in any way at all. They see you as an unfortunate impediment to them making money. Do not go here as these people do not treat other people with any respect, decency or courtesy.

Regarding garbage collection, the City of Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances Title Six, Chapter 619 Section 619.11 - Collection Times in Residential Zones part a states that “no private collector shall operate any collection activities within any residential zoning district, within one thousand (1,000) feet of any residential zoning district or within, one hundred (100) feet of a residential structure between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.” Garbage collection at this dwelling regularly occurs between the hours of midnight and 1:00 am. Violations of Section 619.11 part a are punishable by fine of $1000 per infraction. This building is directly adjacent to a residential building, and trash collection is extremely loud and disruptive in the night.

My car is a small one even on an empty tank takes only 6 gallons of gas this has been the case at many gas stations. But at this station my car with only 2/3 of a ank gone took 6.1 gallons. So a 6 gallon tank with about 2 in it took 6 to fill in. Avoid.

The gas pumps are screwed up. 2 different ones wouldn't let me pump gas. I hope they didn't steal my CC number.
