WOW! The cricket guy today helped me so much! They always do at the Noblestown Rd store. He just knows everything and takes his time, is always polite and friendly and makes me feel very comfortable, and not stupid, even though I am definitely not tech savvy. I appreciate that I can just walk right in and get great service every time.

After a bad experience at my local cricket store. We was trying to start a new plan let’s just say it didn’t happen. We drove to the next Nearest location. At this location on nobles town road we was greater with respect also they listed to what we wanted. The two men at this location was respectful helpful and understanding if I could give them a higher rating I most definitely would. I recommend this location to anyone

Jacob and Joseph definitely know their stuff, when it comes to the newer technology of these phones.

I have been to many different cricket stores, the reason I go to so many is because I'm treated poorly.
I can't seem to find a store that has any sense or knowledge of the technology and let's not forget hospitality.
I finally found the store for me. 👍

I was at this location yesterday and Lester helped me out a great deal. He switched me for iphone 5 to iphone 8 and transferred all my information to the new iphone and gave me a discount on a case and glass protector. I`ve known Lester since he worked in the Cricket Store in Squirrel Hill and if I ever need any phone related work, he is the person to go to. Thank you.
