I wanted to give 5 stars and a personal review for the associate who helped us this evening. Flora saw us struggling with our very hyperactive 6 year old and stepped in to help us out. She was able to find his correct size and also helped with him trying on the shoes and running around in them when we were getting stressed out because he wouldn't focus. She was absolutely amazing and patient with him. She is a gem!! Thank you so much to her for making shopping for kids shoes so much easier!

The women in there today were spot on helping me find a pair of shoes for work! So nice and accommodating! Thank you so much!

Been going to different locations over the years and all of them are are good. They know their shoes and what's best to recommend to you. They only had 1 pair of the shoes I wanted in my size, but were quick to offer me my choice of in-store pickup or mailed to me at no additional cost, before I had a chance to ask. They also carry a nice selection with a range of sizes and widths. The prices are very competitive, even when looking online.

It's a great store! Lots to choose from! Employees are always nice and helpful. I was looking for dressy white shoes for a wedding and looked everywhere and online (need them in 5 days). Tried 4 stores,,,walked into Famous Footwear, looked, didn't see anything in white, went to the clearance rack and BINGO! Beautiful pair of dressy white shoes. They were $9.98 and I had $5 in rewards. I was a happy camper!!!

Come here quite often and typically same time of day each time so I get to see the best employee there who is Flora! Flora is an exemplary employee! She is always smiling and offering great assistance throughout the store! 10/10 experience every time!

Was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Prices were decent too (especially compared to some locations in the mall). Will definitely stop here first next time I'm shopping for shoes.

Small little store where you can find name brand shoes for much cheaper. I went in there looking for gym/running shoes and I was able to buy some Nike shoes for almost half the price as if I had purchased them online. The store was quite empty. Perhaps its because most people don't shop at brick and mortar/strip malls like they used to anymore. At least I found what I was looking for.

They had a great deal the day I went on their clearance items and I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes for approximately $85 and the lady who was there that day was very nice very personable and very helpful with me and we found just what I was looking for in a pair of shoes
