Just want to give kudos to the kids that work @ this location. They do a great job of keeping the flow running smoothly and I have never had any issues with dropping of or picking up items here. I would like to say, there is a young lady named Courtney I believe who does her job extremely well and is extremely good with helping the other kids when they need help. She is always super patient and helpful with great professionalism!

Natasha and Allie were fantastic in helping me with all of my printing needs for my wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect and communicated with me along the way. I will definitely use them again!

Natasha and her team worked on several items for two of my regional meetings and for personal events. They are prompt and courteous. They go the extra mile to make your project perfect. Courtney did a great job and is a huge asset to the company.

I stopped by this store to have a few documents notarized and was extremely satisfied with the service. Natasha was very polite and helpful (even on very busy day). I have to say this is the best UPS store I have worked with and I do business with several shipping companies and other UPS stores. Natasha and her associates were very aware of the importance and safety of the fragile items I needed shipped across country. They were professional and empathetic. Natasha went above and beyond communicating with me until she and I were comfortable in shipping these items. Thank you Natasha I now know that I can trust this store with any fragile items, or any type of shipping for that matter.

I went to mail a package to California yesterday. Natasha took care of EVERYTHING! She found the lowest shipping costs for me. She said that they offer several more services and explained them. Will always go to this store!!

Quick & attentive staff. Fast moving line. No complaints. I’ve used the web portal for printed documents, returned shipments, & sent packages. Never with any issue. This is an excellent UPS store, & hey it’s in Plum.

I went here on a Thursday afternoon, to ship a package back to Amazon. They weren't busy and it only took one minute to hand the box to the clerk and get a receipt. This location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I will continue to do business with them.

Very busy but it was as if I was the only customer in the store! The newbies were great! Really helpful and full of knowledge. Natasha is the owner and was ever so awesome. I needed menus printed for the first time and she helped get them done, offered a great suggestion to have a few laminated for the bar area AND gave me a really nice discount! The menus turned out perfect and so was the service! I will be back for more printing needs!

This UPS has the nicest staff ever! They’re friendly, happy and always ensure you get what you need. They even remember your name to greet you when you come in. This is the best UPS store ever. Don’t go anywhere else!

I have been here for several different reasons over the past month and each time I am here this staff is always super helpful and so friendly. Whatever I need - they never say no. They somehow always manage to meet all my needs (shipping, printing, etc) and the costs are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience. Store manager, and other staff were very attentive to my deadline and worked tirelessly to get my poster printed and mounted exactly how I wanted for my wedding. Will definitely be back.
