Cathy, DJ and the whole team at the Ghent Vitamin Shoppe are genuinely really fantastic people! They are ALWAYS helpful and honest and steer me towards products they love or that they think will be up my alley. Despite being a national brand, they bring a sense of community and care to the shop that makes you feel like you’re in a mom and pop business. It’s the sole place where I purchase several products that we buy regularly, partially because they remembered me and the previous products I purchased by my second trip. Not only are they helpful during my visits, but they also are huge supporters of the local small businesses in Norfolk. The shop is clean, well stocked and they always have what I need or tell me when I can expect it or offer alternatives. They always show love, sincerity and a smile so I wanted to return the favor. Thanks for being a positive and community friendly business, especially in a time when great customer service can be hard to find!

The lady working here was very nice and helpful. She made my shopping experience quick and easy. I went in for probiotics for a friend. I already had an idea of what I was looking for so I didn't ask for any help. When she was informed about what I was looking forward she offered her assistance and informed opinion. It was easy and that feels good.

The staff here are so friendly. Whenever I come here, whatever I'm looking for, they educate me on it and offer something that's better else depending on what my goals are.

Went there for some advice on protein powders and flavors Derrick was amazing he helped me out really listened to me to and advised me on better choices since I had surgery I really have issues and he got me 3 different powders I can actually use and keep down
I had reservations on going back here when the last time I went this blonde lady was rude and condescending to me. Made me feel like I was a horrible person and I literally went home and cried because I felt I was never going to get the help I needed .

Amazing store!!! Stefan the store manager is a lifesaver!! The first time I came here looking for supplements to improve my focus and attention at work and he helped explain everything and helped me figure out what would work best. He was extremely knowledgeable which was amazing because I didn't know where to start. I ended up trying ginkgo biloba out and it was a game changer. I've been back now for my protein powder, collagen, and all my daily vitamins and I get great recommendations from him every time. Highly highly recommend coming here if you need help finding something. Staff is so friendly and well trained in what they do. I will always come back to this location because I know I'm getting the best advice/products!!

Cathy and the team at The Vitamin Shoppe in Norfolk, Va are a fabulous resource! Not only do they sell a large variety of high quality products, they provide a wealth of knowledge and education rgd personal needs. This store now serves as a go to resource for my family’s individual needs. I highly recommend shopping here for nutritional supplements, immunity support and/or product support for athletes/strength training for all ages. There are often excellent sales on items and a great rewards program.

There’s always a greeting when you walk in the door asking how can we help. I’m always happy to be helped by Cathy. She offers me additional information about my choice in products and if I’ve got a current medical issue, her suggestions help me every time. Ask for Cathy when visiting the store.

I was truly impressed with the world class customer service and the knowledge of this store manager, as I remember he mentioned his name is Stefan, I ended up purchasing worth $300, he’s a good salesman too, I will definitely recommend this store branch to all.

My Aunt who is over 60 had to immediately replace her hormone replacement therapy treatment. I referred my aunt to The Vitamin Shoppe, so we drove together to Ghent. Prior to and after our arrival, Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her phone demeanor was very reassuring. She kindly answered questions and concerns, and made us feel at ease. My aunt said the treatment helped her within an hour of using the supplement. She said she experienced relief she hasn't enjoyed in years! Per my Aunt, "Kim is the best person that I ever had help me. She help me with my problem with my hormones! If y'all have any problem, go to Kim at The Vitamin Shoppe! She 'Ain't nothing but the truth! Nothing but the truth'!! I love her to death (for helping me) and she's the best! Thank you!"

I didn't get the gentleman's name who was behind the counter but he was sooo helpful in helping me pair things with my purchase in order to maximize its benefits...Very knowledgeable and pleasant...will definitely be going here instead of GNC ...better customer service and inventory

I went to this shop yesterday looking for protein shake, the manager Stefan assisted me and he is so knowledgeable, I wish I have a body like him too. Over all my experience is awesome, I will definitely go to this shop for all of my supplements needs.

I had to leave this review I spoke with a gentleman Brandon, and he was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to contact his manager to express how great he was but I figure I can write a review he helped me alot about different products his customer service made me want to shop online and get more products.
