The UPS Store

Our auction company ships (literally) hundreds of packages every month using this location. Regardless of the volume, we rarely have issues - and if something comes up (as happens in life), they always work to quickly resolve the problem. My business needs partners like these folks!

Love this UPS. It is always an easy process. Staff and super friendly and helpful. It is really nice to be able to go in, and I go in often, do what I came to do without any issues.

I love this UPS drop off! Staff is so nice. I had an amazon return that required a label for battery pack, I had all my info ready and the associate helped me no problem and didn’t need to use the kiosk. The kiosk is handy for when I want to get in and out quickly and leaves the associates available to help customers shipping other packages!

Love this place. Chris is friendly, personable and I enjoy going in and seeing her. She does a great job and works hard to keep her store well run. All her staff are friendly and helpful as well. So happy they are so close too.

The staff here is extremely helpful and generous! Today I took something in just asking if they could help me find the right size packaging, and they offered to pack it up for free and ship it. They're very patient as well, and extremely detailed with their services. They're also being mindful of pandemic safety, which is incredibly comforting to work with. I would highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!

Always easy parking right in front. I’ve never had to wait for service. I guess I’m in and out in about a minute and a half. I’ve only used them for Amazon returns but probably made four or five returns in the last six months. Can’t ask for better service, they do a great job.

The manager was very nice as well as her staff member today. They were welcoming and helpful. Easy amazon returns, will be back and spread the word about this store!

The Gilbertsville UPS location is top notch. I love this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Chris is awesome!

The rude and nasty person everyone is talking about..... her name is Chris. Every time I go into this store and she is working i have listen to her talk down to customers. She speaks the people like they are trash. This is not an isolated occurrence. This is every single time I step in the store and she is there.

Please quit your job if you're unhappy. One day you're going to disrespect the wrong customer and have a real problem on your hands.

The only reason i'm giving two stars is because of Pam. Very helpful, very polite.

I came in, first time at this location, and brought my packages to the counter. No other customers in sight, and immediately I'm informed to use the automated kiosk. I'm shocked at the lack of customer service and I make a point of saying so. When I ask why I have to use the kiosk I'm informed it is so I know how to use it if there is a line. How can there be a line if everyone has to use the kiosk? Of course, I have to go back up to get to get the labels attached. If their only job is to direct me (and everyone else that came in while i was there) to use the kiosk, why even have employees? I have used other locations, like limerick, and never felt like I was a nuisance before, I enjoy talking to people, NOT doing everything myself. I guess I'll not be using the UPS store in the future.
