Clean facility, efficient and courteous staff. Restroom small but thankful there's one to use. 😁

Had to laugh, for real, at the one long rant in the previous review. So NOT what I've experienced and I've been going in here about 5 times a week (on my way to work) for the past 10 years or so. Staff has always been super friendly, polite and helpful. Even the late-night staff. I have heard customers act rude or arrogant, but not once have I heard any of the employees react unprofessional.

Anyway, their coffee is way better than the local Wawa coffee as it's dripped brewed and not steam brewed. Large selection of drinks/sodas although not as large as I've experienced at some of the local Sheetz stores. Also, store is kept clean (floors, counters and parking lot). Parking at times can be tight in their small parking lot, but usually not a problem.

Been going to this Turkey Hill for years. They are always busy there because of their nice manners and always happy and helpful. Very clean for an older store. I have never seen a messy coffee counter or over full trash can.

Nice people, and good to go to when you're hungry too.

Great Service, Polite workers

Small gas station/convenience store that stays pretty well stocked on staple items, quick bites and more. Employees are nice.

Was pretty good but new owners are bringing it down fast.

The rudest employees can't break a 50 when my bill -total is 32 cmon people

I went in there yesterday night after work it was about 11pm, I just need to quickly buy cat food. When I went to the counter my total was around $7, I saw the lottery tickets and I said I would like to get some, a little Christmas treat for myself, I did not ever say want denomination of ticket or how many I was going to purchase. I pulled out my money which happened to be a 100 dollar bill. With out asking how many tickets I would like, the women at the counter said, "do you have a smaller bill, I can't make change", then voided my purchase and started drinking her drink she had at the counter. I had to tell her I still needed to buy the cat food I had the tap on my phone. But a couple of things; 1 go get change that's your job a 100 dollar bill is legal tender and you need to accept it, 2 there was no signage that they can not make change passed a certain point, 3 don't assume a person doesn't have a secondary payment method, and lastly work on your costumer service you don't just void a transaction and go about your personal business when a costumer is in front of you. I will also be calling their corporate office today, this is not the first time they have given terrible service, I will be taking the extra 5 minutes to go to the wawa down the street.

The employee was extremely rude to us when we were shopping in the store. She also clearly profiled an African American couple. It was the first and the last time I will visit any Turkey Hill location as really nothing else was outstanding about my visit either and customer service and convenience would have been the deciding factor. I will just drive to Wawa where I've always had outstanding customer service.
