Usually this McDonald’s is kind of trash, over the past couple months there has been a significant change that has been really really good. Fast times, exceptional customer service. Jacob Was on drive-through today. He answered all my questions perfectly, and is a great employee

Love McDonald's. A little disappointed sometimes. The fries are not hot and crispy. I do love their fries,but. If the fries were better,they would be perfect. Not stopping me from going there though.

Pennsburg McDonalds was good. The Gilbertsville/Boyertown has a poorly lit parking lot and lots of out of stock menu items. Avoid the ladder.

Nice and polite staff and got a new look inside and the menu is closer so now you can see the menu better

This is a good one. It must be well-managed as the employees are well-trained and pleasant.

This particular McDonalds was fast! Excellent service and food. The double cheeseburgers had the onions on them, and they were hot and delicious! Hit the spot!

The best place to understand what dining inside of a McDonald’s dumpster is like. They spent all that money to remodel but forgot to remodel the standards. Could it be any more slippery on the floor? Boyertown is a croc wearing sweat pant sporting at 2pm on a Tuesday kinda place so why wouldn’t it be awful?

Atmosphere is similar to what you'd expect from a small mom and pop shop. Plus, I've literally gone to this place close to 100 times, and I've NEVER had a single order incorrect. Not even a straw missing. Well done. Especially considering the volume last year. You deserve credit where credit is due.

McDonalds is always professional when it comes to my experience. They are fast with service. If they make a mistake they will accommodate you no questions asked. This is a place where the whole family can eat.
If you want something a meal that is quick,fast and tasty. Then you should stop by and enjoy yourself. Go in to get your food or go thru the driveway!

Hands down the best mc d's ive ever been to. Quick service, great manager, and friendly employees. I'm the ups driver on the area and they are even quick to receive my deliveries even when they are busy. Stop in and enjoy the gilbertsville mc donald's

We did the drive thru and didn't have to wait too long. I love the quarter pounder and my husband gets the double quarter pounder. The burgers and fries were so fresh and hot. Yum.

Terrible. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. My ff we're not on my tray. I asked server and she said to go to cashier and reorder. So my food would get cold for me to do this plus everyone else started eating.

They need to mandate the use of proper cleaning solutions and assure cleanliness of each table. Not just brush off crumbs

Food is hot service is usually good unless very busy.
Clean lobby and rest rooms.

The team members that work here were awesome! I took my 3 girls there for breakfast one morning and had my hands a little full. The team member carried the tray for us and assisted in getting a high chair for us. After we ate they opened the play area too!

It's McD's. So you know that you're consistently going to get great food at great prices with timely service. The people here are friendlier and most locations in the Philadelphia area. Never had any real complaints from this location. I'm glad to see that McDonald's cares enough at its all of its locations.

Everything we ordered was really good. We ordered our food from the drive-in window and we were really happy to see it didn't take them long at all to get our food to us.

They were so nice and jus incredibly amazin!!! My food was hot but dere wonderful attitudes is wat impressed me so much!! I don't live in Gilbertsville but I will definitely go out of my way for dat kind of service anyday!!! Thank u all so very much & GOD BLESS!!🙏😊🙏
