The people at giant pharmacy may have just saved a life today. My wife was prescribed a medication that she is severely allergic to part of the contents. The wonderful and highly professional people there caught it and brought it to our attention. Thank God for these good people.

This giant has a great selection of plants, produce, meats and bakery items. Service is great and everyone is very helpful. The store is clean and they always have carts and baskets.

Best run grocery store in the area. Shelves are always well stock and organized. Store is always very clean and the staff is very helpful.

I had a positive experience ordering food trays for a baby shower. The food was delicious and well presented. Shorthanded that day but we were happy to wait a bit for items. Woman was very apologetic! Assured her it was all good. If the deli was super busy with party trays that day, it can only mean the store is good quality affordable food. I will use again and highly recommend!

Theresa at customer service was fantastic! She was very informative and she assisted me with updating my information for my bonus card. She also helped William signed up for his bonus card too! I can't forget to mention the kind young lady Tatianna, who rang us up at register 12. She made the initiave to have us come over to her register, so we did not have to wait in line!

Never had a bad experience here, employees are all very polite and helpful. Especially a young man named Dawson! Big shout out to him as there were no more “car-carts” left and my daughter was not happy… when I asked him if Giant had these he did not hesitate to run outside (in the 90 degree heat) and get me one! Very polite, and very hardworking man. I am sure lots of people would have just said I guess they’re all being used. Thanks DAWSON!

This Giant is not our normal one. But this one was big and clean and well stocked.

Great Bakery product is the most fresh of any bakery around with a large selection. Friendly faces, mike works Saturday mornings and greets me with a smile and willingness to help. If I were to say anything to improve on it would be this, I come every Saturday morning for 2 dozen donuts for mechanics I work with, there is no room at the donut case to sit boxes the glass doors nearly knock them off when I open the case. Perhaps a side table would be nice also maybe some paper towels. These donuts are so fresh and warm the yummyness sometimes gets on my fingers and no place to wipe off. Absolutely great store

I come here weekly for groceries. very clean and always has what I need.

Well stocked with products. And our cashier, Jaeden, was extremely polite. This store is always calm and low key, with friendly staff. There are Giant Food Stores located closer to our house, but we travel farther specifically to shop at this one.

Love the giant, the produce Has been yah know in between fresh to bitter looking. It's gonna get better. Deli to go umm needs better attention. I know you get put orders how about the folks who don't like technology. So i believe it's going to get better

I have a great experience each and every time i use Giant Direct which is 1 to 2 times a week. They are kind, courteous and thoughtful. i do not get around very well so using them is very helpful. They are awesome. I had Becky help me today but I have had many others.

Staff is pretty friendly. As a regular, they get to know you. It's nice having a favorite cashier to go to when I checkout! Good quality food. Love getting their marked down meats to stock my freezer with.

All the employees are very helpful! They have helped me everytime I ask a question, loading cases of water into my cart & into my car. Another time an employee saw me trying to get items from the top shelf. He immediately, without asking, came over & asked me if I needed help. Customer Service Counter employees are also very helpful. They always answered many questions & if they don't know the answer they ask or call to get the answer. The store & restrooms are always clean.
