AT&T Store

Logan was amazing! I came in to upgrade 2 phones and he spent an unbelievable amount of time working on our account to save us the most money on our monthly bill. He also made sure we understood every charge on it. He was so pleasant and helpful! He went above and beyond and for that we are very grateful! AT&T - hang on to this guy! The best!!!

I bought a phone through Best Buy but they wanted to charge me $80 to help me set it up. I did it myself, it things didn’t not transfer over. I went into the AT&T store in Gilbertsville and Sam, James, and Jorge were the nicest and most helpful people ever!! They helped me and didn’t pressure me into buying Direct TV. They were genuine and did recommend a product, which I ended up buying. I live about 45 minutes from this location, but will go back because of their amazing customer service. Great job, guys!

In the Gilbertsville PA store, Jorge and Logan were super friendly and helpful. And quick!! A++

Sam and Jorge did an excellent job at being transparent about my options and not pushing me in one direction or another. Although they had other customers in the store when I arrived, they still managed to get me taken care of in a timely fashion. Sam even offered to help me set up my new phone and sync my contacts. Great experience!!

Sam went over and above tonight to help me upgrade my plan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up correctly on my phone. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I just found out one of my phones is due for an update. I will be looking forward to interacting with Sam again!!!!

Sam was extremely helpful. This whole day has been very confusing and hectic and no one could help us, not the Apple store, not other AT&T stores, no one. However we figured we would try to go to our local AT&T store and see if they could help. Sam was able to help us and Answer all of our questions. I can’t thank him enough, he gave us a straight forward answer and I hope his boss looks at it review and really appreciates how great of a employee they have. I think Sam deserves a raise or promotion.

Jorge was amazing. We had a complication on our end and he was patient with us while we gathered all the information he needed from us. He seemed to be the only staff member on the floor, but he managed to help everyone in a timely manner while being kind and knowledgeable. AT&T is so lucky to have someone like Jorge working for them! :) We will be asking for his help in the future.

Stopped in to get help with our tablet and was greeted by Sam C. He was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He helped us out with our tablet issues, and provided me with an option to possibly get a better phone (I'm not impulsive, I need to do my research). He wasn't pushy, and since I'm in sales as well, I appreciated that. We'll be back later this week to purchase from Sam!

Sam helped my wife and I with getting new phones.
More importantly, when a second customer walked in, he multitasked and took care of both of us. His coworker walked out to make sure he was ok and offered assistance. Sam told him he was fine and to finish his break. Great dude.

Luke was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help my daughter and I pick a cell phone for her. His customer service was excellent!

Sam was excellent with my husband and I tonight! My husband was switching to my plan with AT&T and I needed a new phone. He did everything within 45 mins and we walked out without a hitch. We were both impressed and highly recommend this store!

I upgraded to a newer phone and Jorge at Gilbertsville was able to help me with the transfer with no issues!! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Very polite!! Would recommend Jorge for any needs or services! Great job!! in and out of the store in 15 min!!

When I came to the store to get my first smartphone the place was packed!!! Despite the rush, Steve still took his time setting up my new phone and showing me how to use it. He even put my screen cover on, I've heard people get bubbles doing it but Steve put it on perfectly! I'm very thankful that he was able to help me out

Sam helped my boyfriend and I transfer his phone from verizon to my plan with at&t! The store was pretty busy but he addressed each and every customer that walked in he was helpful to everyone in the store. He wasnt pushy in offering us things we didnt need, and he got his phone set up in a jif!! We really appreciate the time he took and how helpful he was through the whole process. Thanks sam!

I got a new phone, LG G3 two days ago. I love the phone. My sales rep was Dylan. He did a great job explaining the different phones I could choose from and helped me pick on out that works for he. He was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went pretty fast and was effortless. The manager, Sean, introduced himself and was friendly as well. Overall, a great experience.

Dylan Cole was a lot of help when I was upgrading my phone. He explained everything very well to us and did not leave a single detail out. By far the best we have heard the new plans described. He was very helpful when I was trying to pick my new phone and when I ordered it as well. I would definitely come back if I needed his help.

Coming in and having the pleasure of meeting John was a blessing. He was very friendly, nice, and caring. He even let me use one of his old phones while my new one was being shipped since mine broke. He was just fantastic! Saved me money on my bill!! Not one complaint about John, very professional and seems to love what he does. Keep up the great work John!! Its people like John that makes the painful experience of getting a new phone easy. I love my new G2! I'm glad I listened to John's advice and ditched my crappy iPhone!

I walked into the store mad because my waterproof phone got water damage and stopped working. Steve was very understanding and helpful and explained that because the battery door broke it wasn't waterproof anymore. He got me a new galaxy that doesn't need the door to be waterproof. It makes sense but it's just frustrating. He was very nice though

Luke is a very nice man and great worker. Helped me multiple times recently. He really knows his job well while being charming and polite. Fantastic at customer service!
