The UPS Store

I went to this UPS store for the notary. The notary out there is fantastic. She is considerate and kind. I needed few document copies verified and a separate list of these documents needed notarized. She understood what I wanted. She was calm throughout the process. Lovely experience!

Kym did a great job helping me out! I had 5 boxes going to different locations, and she easily organized them for me and sent them on their way! She was very polite and even asked if I had triple A for a discount! I’ll definitely be returning thanks to Kym!

We recently went to this UPS store to have a document notarized. We had the pleasure of working with Kym and Conner. Our service was promptly handled and we were able to experience great customer service for not just us but also other patrons. I would recommend this UPS store for its services.

Conner was amazing! He was very polite, very professional, and very kind. He was thorough with helping and directing me to do what I needed with email, making copies and with the envelopes. He provided superb service!!
I also watched how he provided service to other patrons. EXCELLENCE!!!

What a fabulous experience with both Connor and Ruben, here at the UPS store in Moon on University Drive. Through no fault of Connor, I had difficulty sending files, again it was something in my system and not the store. Connor was very very patient and notified me when he did get the files and was very kind , efficient and did excellent work when I came in on October 28th. Even both he and Ruben stayed late to finish the job for a conference next week. The printing and the assistance and the knowledge was fabulous and even though this is out of town for me, I will certainly be back.

Nathan, Grace and jack do a wonderful job and returning and mailing packages here is a joy! They all so try and help everyone with a smile and a friendly way.

I just turned over the receipt Grace handed me back on August 1st for my return to find the QR code to offer feedback on her performance. The crazy thing is, without seeing this code, I praised Grace upon her completing my transaction for having such a warm greeting and enthusiastic service. She is a gem of a UPS team member. Give her a bonus, she deserves the recognition
