Stopped in today as I’m not in often, just passing by. What a pleasant store! Was taken care of by Alson, Jess, and Dahlia! Superb young people, vivacious, energetic and just awesome at customer service and engagement!!! Even offered a top off and complete refill of my beverage after staying a little longer than expected for a meeting! Absolutely will come back again! Keep up the great work, gang!

We had a really great experience at this Starbucks. We came here for the food truck rally and artists market and stopped in to get a little break from the crowd. It was great because we had a front window seat to watch and listen to the band outside. I got my usual decaf Americano and it was excellent. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood. I definitely will.

Had a chia drink. And cake roll. They seemed to not have many things in stock. Like banana bread. Everything is a display fake. So I’d think it’s in stock. Nope ! Nope! I kinda hold big name to higher standards. It was 1 pm. So I expected it to be ready for business. I only go to Starbucks when I’m on a business thing. My client didn’t like the fuss. The hurry feeling. I say take the product out of the display if it’s not in stock. The place was clean yet crazy amount of noise from a large crowd arrived. Not really issue we just had to almost yell to be heard. We was there to talk and enjoyed our time.

Great Starbucks location. Deliciously prepared drinks. Friendly staff and chill atmosphere.

Friendly Starbucks, large area to sit and get some work done with free wifi. My drink was well made and tasty. Staff was nice and helpful. Clean bathrooms. Puppuccino was well received by my pup! No complaints, solid Starbucks location. Recommend Pistachio Cream Cold Brew.

I absolutely LOVE this particular Starbucks. Not just because I clean the windows here every week, but because the girls here ( doesn't matter what time of the day you stop in ) they are all super nice, friendly, memorize the things you like and make you feel welcomed.
They keep up on the cleanliness of the place inside and out ( even the bathrooms ) They most certainly go above and beyond for their customers to ensure everyone feels comfortable like they belong.
This is what keeps people coming back... it's the employees and i definitely admire their hardwork.

Stopped here on treat yourself day then back to yardwork. Starbucks weekends! Conveniently located got my order prompt and was yummiest 🙂

I order the same things every time and I know what goes into each drink because I customize it when I order online….I didn’t happen to customize it since I ordered in person.

Had a little mix up when making my order,
But Libby showed up to the rescue to fix all that had happened!

And it was a simple mistake it could of happened to any employee new or someone who’s been there.

But I will forever be going back to this Starbucks as long as Libby’s happy smiling face/personality is there!!

I absolutely LOVE this place here. The girls are always a pleasure to see and are very welcoming, courteous and polite. They memorized my favorite drink and make it perfect everytime. Will always be my number one spot to go

Store manager, Amanda, is very friendly and always asks how I'm doing. It's the small things that count.

Went to the Starbucks in Sewickley to get a sandwich and Peppermint mocha. My occasional treat. Had an enjoyable experience. The lovely young lady who received my order had a great personality and sense of humor. A great start to my day. The food and coffee was exceptional. This will be my Monday ritual for a while.

I like going to this one cause they are efficient and have never messed up one of my orders. The staff is great and remember most regular customers. Good atmosphere and quality service.

I have a job in Sewickley and get coffee from here almost every shift. The staff are nice and my drinks are always spot on! I usually order on the app and find that my drinks are always on time!

I was just here today, I had to wait a little extra long for my coffee but I didn’t mind. The lady forgot because she was busy. The other lady gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. They are so nice here. I wasn’t even upset but that made my day!

every time i go to starbucks, i order the same thing and always ask for light ice. this was the only starbucks who has ever actually given me light ice. it's a small thing but very much appreciated! thanks!

This is my go-to option for a good place to get work done. Staff is always friendly, place is always clean, and drinks are ways great. Warning: there is only street parking and it is usually difficult to find a spot.

Service was outstanding. I have a diabetic 7 yr old granddaughter who wanted something from Starbucks. The barista, Susan, listened to what she wanted, a vanilla bean frappuccino, She then took the extra time to devise a sugar free drink for her. This is what customer service is all about.

Amanda and her team are pleasant, sharp, and true professional baristas. Providing friendly smiles and great service. The Sewickley Starbucks has a welcoming and family vibe where the baristas commit themselves to knowing their customer-families.
