We had a great experience with Rusmur. Dan “The Floor Man” was both well informed and patient with us during the selection process. His experience was helpful in helping us pick flooring that works for our home and lifestyle. We chose a Pergo luxury vinyl that is beautiful. The installers, Junior and crew, were very professional and so efficient. Definitely recommend Rusmur.

From start to finish the whole process was so easy. Dan was an amazing salesman and walked me through the process and was able to get the exact color carpets we wanted for the upstairs! He was professional and great at what he does. Such a reasonable price and they were in an out in 1 day. We will use rusmur flooring when we are ready to redo the basement. Highly recommend them and Dan as a salesman!

We recently had Luxury Vinyl Plank installed throughout the majority of our main level. RJ, measured the area and listened to what we wanted as far as color and durability. He showed us several samples that all met our criteria. After settling on a product, we scheduled the installation about three weeks from then, which gave us the time we needed to prepare for the install.

Marcio and his crew showed up a little after 8:00 AM and were finished by 1:45PM. His team worked together in a very efficient manner, first removing all the baseboards, undercutting the door jams as needed, cleaning as they worked and immediately started placing the LVP over an existing floor. As the planks were completed near the walls, new baseboards were installed, caulked and nail holes covered. They swept the floor and moved our furniture back into original location. They even reset my door stops. We could not be happier with our choice of Rusmur.

We replaced our carpet with a beautiful hardwood, natural ash. We need to set it off to differentiate it from another hardwood.

RJ was very patient & very informative as to what types of carpets & what would work best for our needs. We scheduled & they showed up very timely on our required day. Upon arrival of Blas our installer & his crew, they reviewed the area & immediately began the install. Our 3 rooms & hallway were completed about 1100 square feet in about 5 hours. Great work by Blas & his crew. Not any nicks anywhere on our baseboards! Very professionally done! The Hollywood style steps were great. We highly recommend RJ, Blas, his crew & Rusmur. Very satisfied! A+.

Absolute satisfaction with Rusmur of Moon Twp! This company goes out of their way to make sure you get the customer service and product materials that make you smile!! The sales representative Dan Peters was firm and persistent in negotiating with the insurance company to make certain I was able to get very similar quality replacement flooring. He laid the project out in a manner that I desired and made the installation process smooth by outlining any issues that could potentially arise.
The installers were PRO!! They accomplished installation with zero issues, no damage to walls or baseboards and their stretching techniques amazed me! I had feared with dimensional carpeting the stretching would distort the pattern or cause wavey lines---wow, I worried for nothing. They put it in perfect!! The seams?? If I had not watched them seam the carpet, I would never even know where they were!! They were clean, organized and very respectful of my home.
Most impressive that the big boss showed up on the jobsite to check on the crew and my satisfaction---wow--that is special!!!

Rusmur Floors-Moon Township installed carpet on 3 levels in our home. RJ was very informative and helped us pick carpet and padding based on how we use each room. He was very knowledgeable and gave us prices upfront based on our selections. The installation team were very hard workers, worked around our schedule in the home and addressed all of our concerns. We couldn't be happier with the entire process.

We had a small game room and basement steps carpeted. Dan Peters was so easy to work with and helped us so much. We live pretty close to the Moon Twp store so Dan even stopped over while the install was taking place. We are very satisfied with the new carpeting and impressed with the professionalism by all of the installers. It’s hard today to find a business that gives you the personal service that we received from Dan. We definitely will go back to Dan and Rusmur for any future flooring needs.

The experience we had with Dan at Rusmur was great from start to finish. We were looking to replace some carpet in our living room before our first child arrives in the next few weeks. He gave us an extra discount with our little one on the way to help us out. The carpet installers were very nice and friendly and did a great job on install. To finish it all, Dan followed up with a call the day after install to make sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely be going back when we need to replace carpet in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about Dan Peters and the installations crews that installed new LVP flooring and carpeting in our house.

Dan worked with us through multiple samples and ideas and was extremely helpful in coming up with new ideas and alternatives to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure, he was highly transparent about pricing, and they gave us their best price on the first quote - there was no shady "if you say yes immediately, we'll give you X% off." They gave us time to make an informed decision with a fair quote and their best price from the start, which I appreciated.

We ended up loving the job they did so much that we are going to finish our basement with the same flooring, and Dan couldn't have been nicer to come back out and go through the process all over again.

After not having much luck finding an area rug as plush and comfy as I wanted, I went to Rusmur to make one from a very, very soft carpet. I loved the carpet selection there and it was done quickly by their binder. Dan Peters help me find a plush silk woven carpet to get exactly what I wanted!

If I could give the flooring purchase/installation 6 stars, I would! It was a great experience from the first contact with Jake to the end of the floor installation. Jake's measurements were accurate and he cooperated with me easily to make changes. Jake kept me updated regularly and responded quickly to any emails/phone calls. But the best experience was the installation. Mike and Denny were friendly, polite and did an excellent job! Every cut and fit to the vinyl plank flooring was perfect and they cleaned the area each time they left for the day. They were cooperative and patient and I was very comfortable having them in my home, and Jake came by twice to check the progress on the installation.

I wish all my home improvement projects were this easy and successful!
