I'm 66 years old and don't handle electronics very well. An associate named Olympia was extremely patient and helpful. She is a real credit to Verizon!

My family had a great experience here with resolving a phone issue and purchasing/activating an Apple Watch and a Pixel 8. Charlie and Jerome here are really knowledgeable, work efficiently and are just great guys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

For weeks my Dad had an issue with calls going straight to voicemail and was at his wit's end. After numerous attempts to fix it with different support specialists he brought the phone in to the store. Charlie thoroughly investigated the problem and resolved it to our great relief. He also set up an Apple Watch and gave my Dad a tutorial on how to use it. The next day Charlie let me know my new phone had arrived, set it up for me in the store, and processed a trade-in of the old phone. This was done amidst moments of downtime while resolving another customer's more complicated phone issue--it was some impressive and accurate multitasking.

Charlie reached out to me via text. I was extremely pleased with the service and his personal assistance in completing the Smart Switch app.

The service from this small, quiet store was excellent. Charlie took care of activating the phone line for our iPad professionally and promptly. I left feeling much better than I typically do after a visit to Verizon.

I stopped in looking for help with my iPhone—it wasn’t letting me send or receive photos through Messages. The person who helped me, Ses, was very kind and knowledgeable; my phone was back to normal in just a few minutes. I wasn’t buying anything, but they couldn’t have been nicer. They have my business going forward!

Charlie, the store manager, went the distance with us on our new phone purchases and old phone returns. Charlie was patient, resourceful, and able to work through a dynamic store environment to get my wife and me well set up, plus a Gizmo for our son. I recommend Charlie at TCC Sewickley for phones and decir sales and modifications. Well done!

Jeremy was wonderful. We had bought a watch from the Apple Store and paid for cellular but were unable to make calls. He made a few calls and things were fixed in a flash.

I had a wonderful experience this morning at the Sewickley, PA office. Pedro was amazing to work with very knowledgeable and friendly and his District Manager from Buffalo was there who was extremely upbeat and coaching and an expert it all things Verizon. They were so helpful and I had the best experience.
