Great coffee, tea and fantastic selection of pastries if you are looking for a treat. Service is friendly too. Highly recommend if you are spending the day in Sewickley.

This place would be right at home in San Francisco. Obviously commanding high prices for the area, they’re using and casually selling incredibly high quality and locally focused foods and ingredients galore here. The menu changes and is focused on a smaller amount of offerings to enable higher quality throughout that selection. That’s perfect. Nobody needs 50 options for breakfast.

Recommend any sandwich with avocado or their myriad drinks.

Service is slower because everything is made by hand, but don’t let this be a detractor at all. We waited maybe 8-9 minutes. Totally acceptable.

Such a treat to see this pop into existence here, a well deserved taste of sustainable dining and shopping. From wines to pastas to sauces, cheeses… it’s like the fanciest little parts of a grocery store conveniently located on the main sewickley drag. Love it!

The staff was really prompt and helpful and nice! All the food was so so delicious. The pricing was a little bit high but you really do get what you pay for and the portions of the quiche that I got today were huge! And it came with a small salad With a really fresh tasting dressing. We also got the blueberry oat bar and the sprinkle cupcake. They were running a deal on a cheaper one price on the pastries! They also have a pretty decent size shop full of sauces bread and cheeses and wine. They also have pizza it was really delicious!

What a gem of a place. I always stop when I can and I love to grab a loaf of bread. Their selection is excellent. It’s one of my favorite places. I recommend dining in or grabbing a few things to go.

Love everything about this breakfast spot. Food always taste fresh. They have many options for pastry and sweets and they all look delicious. Coffee and other beverage such as matcha latte or fruit tea are also good. We have been coming here almost every weekend.

Food was delicious and unique. We made a point to visit and are glad we did. The menu is huge, there are massive loaves of bread everywhere, delicious coffees and teas, fountain seltzer water... It's good I don't live too close or I'd be broke. They were incredibly busy when we visited, but we were still well cared for as customers and given our turn without being rushed after waiting in line.
Lots of trendy looking people coming in and out, but not limited to just that demographic.

Nice modern vibe, food is delicious. I got the mushroom Brie sandwich and my wife got the avocado toast. It’s a bit pricey but the old saying ‘you get what you pay for’ certainly applies here!

No matter if you go to Sewickley or their newest location in Mt Lebanon Mediterra cafe serves quality food with their renown artisan breads. Online advance ordering is available.

You can order for both dine in or take out. Breakfast served until 1 pm and their French toast is literally worth a visit alone! They serve both sandwiches, salads, and pastries and even have a refrigerator for grab and go items. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Enjoyed the eggplant sandwich with cheese paired with a cup of lentil soup that had chick peas and beets in a turkey broth. So good! Quality groceries are for sale from some of the finest vendors. Can be pricey but that's what you are paying for.

They also sell their artisan breads by loaf or in rounds. Friendly and helpful customer service make you feel at home.

Delicious avocado toast, ricotta tomato danish, chai latte and berry oat bar! Fun sitting at the window along sidewalk. Quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. We got our food nice & quick too!

Looking forward to returning again and trying some other items, the Chai Tea was okay, would’ve rather it been a fresh brew spicy chai herbal , many options though. There is also a lot of merchandise to browse and prepared foods to go

Cannot say enough about how remarkably delicious this bread is. I dont even live nearby but the bread is available at our local Whole Foods...thank the gods! If you get a chance to tear into a loaf that's still warm from the oven....heaven!

Always delicious! We enjoyed the shakshuka, breakfast sandwich, and kids french toast. The counter staff and servers are friendly and efficient. It's frequently busy though so be ready to wait for a table or in line to order.

Amazing local spot in Pittsburgh. Definitely worth the 10-30 minutes drive no matter where you're located. The staff is friendly & awesome overall; aaaand the vibe here is perfect for any afternoon!

Had the breakfast sandwich and the salmon toast and you can easily tell that the chef(s) took care in choosing the ingredients they use for their dishes and each bite was absolutely perfect.

This swanky little cafe transported me back to living in Miami Beach! The best culinary offerings for an international palette, pastries, beverages, mimosas, house music and a traditional American breakfast. I love this spot! The addition of the bar was such a great move.

Upscale bakery and cafe in heart of Sewickley. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Bread was fresh and the freshly cooked egg was the perfect amount of runniess. Really nice touch with a water station that allows you to get a glass of water via a tap handle. Extra points for having both regular and sparkling water dispenser. Really cute gifts and other items got sale.

Great atmosphere, awesome staff, and excellent food. Bustling and welcoming environment with quick but attentive service and a thoughtful menu. We'll be back!

Always a nice experience. Their great bread makes for a marvelous sandwich. I am a big fan of the braised beef.
