Amazing experience, Eddie was absolutely great. Helped us quickly and efficiently. Had all the answers to our questions. 10/10 will come again.

I absolutely love coming to this store! The staff are always so patient and courteous. Edward, the store manager, is clearly experienced and very knowledgeable and truth be told, I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Fantastic Service and two thumbs up!

Edward made my upgrade process super smooth as he gave advice based on the problem I had with my phone explaining how the new device would help with the issue as well as new features that came along with it. I had no intentions on getting a new phone or anything extra for that matter but with Edward's help I was able to get a new phone plus more! I was very satisfied with my experience at this location.

Edward A was very helpful tonight with great advice on the trade in of my daughter’s iPhone 11 for a new iPhone. During our discussion he noticed that my daughter was wearing scrubs & told us about the discount that medical professionals can get wit AT&T. With money being saved I was able to get her a tablet which will be huge in helping her as she continues her studies in nursing. Great experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff member.

Ty was an amazingly patient, thorough, competent and attentive customer service agent at the Federal road ATT site. He spent hours with myself and my daughter helping us to upgrade our phones and save on monthly costs. He also assisted with training another staff person while balancing our account changes. A tremendous attitude and excellent service. A shout out to his manager as well, who obviously trained him well and empowered him. Extremely pleased!

I’ve always found the staff at this AT&T store to be helpful and my most recent experience is no exception. Ready for an upgrade, I was confused and overwhelmed by all the phone choices and Tasha was wonderful. She was patient and knowledgeable without being pushy, and took care of everything for me, including wiping my old phone. I’d definitely recommend visiting this store.

I came in store to transfer phone info. Tasha helped me; of course my phone was difficult (1/2 broken) and Tasha was able to sort it all out. She was patient, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. Unfortunately for her, I now know her name and will probably seek her out in the future when I need help. She was a delight to work with...highly recommended!!!

I had the most awesome experience with Corey this week. He is amazing! I called him and asked him a million questions - which he very politely answered. And then when I showed up to pick up our new phone - you blew me away by how thorough and conscientious he was. We always got our new phones at Apple Store. We will never do that again - only the AT&T store. You are so lucky to have such a wonderful employee, Corey gets an A+!

Riley was amazing at helping my husband and I upgrade our phones. She was informative and very thorough. She kept the process short but sweet! I highly recommend this location/service :-)

Hector was awesome! He helped my wife and I transfer our phone accounts over to my business, which cut our phone bill literally in half! Very personable and professional store manager. Extremely helpful with all of our questions. Five stars!!

I was finally able to have 2 outstanding managers, Diego and Kayla, 0f Brookfield/Danbury Ct store fix a long standing problem of not being able to receive incoming phone calls unless the contact was in the directory. They both went above and beyond to fix the problem which heretofore was not curable by Costco, other ATT personnel or ATT tech support. They should be highly commended for the outstanding knowledge and support. Great job guys!!!!

Kayla at the Brookfield, CT AT&T store was exceptionally capable, professional and friendly in her successful efforts to address my issues with my new Samsung Galaxy phone. Her manner in dealing with yours truly, someone who is not tech savvy by any stretch of the imagination, is greatly appreciated. Her manner, friendliness and people skills in her ability to relate well to this customer made my experience superior. 10 stars for Kayla. Because of Kayla I will recommend AT&T ‐ and this store in particular - to my friends and family.

Great experience today purchasing my I phone 11 Pro Max thanks to Sam Cook, our rep. He was amazing: great knowledge about the product and even followed up with a call after purchase to ensure I was satisfied. We will be back to upgrade my husband's phone soon!

I came into the store yesterday and was meet with the best sales rep. His name was Sam. My daughters phone would not charge right so I had to get her a new one. Her phone was due for a upgrade anyway. I asked him if it was possible for my phone line to take her upgrade and she take my phone. He said no problem. He even lowered my bill by telling me two things I could do to lower it. I will go back to this store or any store that he will be working at as long as it is local

Christopher Gardner was fantastic. He took on a problem that did not originate within his store or with his employee’s. He not only worked hard to resolve it but reviewed the whole account and made precisely sure I was in the know. He is a true service professional. Much appreciated Chris!

Today started with a cracked IPhone but luckily I walked into ATT Federal Road Location and I was pleasantly greeted by Hector and Bianca. Long story short they were friendly, courteous and provided exceptional service. Thanks again I LOVE my IPhone 12 Pro.

Corey was amazing!!! He was so super nice and accommodating! It also helped that he was super patient with my mom who was struggling understanding what options and plans were available to her.

My experience was excellent!!! Having just moved from MO. to CT. less than a month ago, I was concerned about a new store and staff. WOW, was I surprised.VERY knowledge staff, especially Nabeel, my associate who worked on my device for 2 hours to be sure my data was correctly restored from my damaged phone to my replacement. I will ALWAYS use this store.

They usually don't have newly announced products. I even had to wait a few days for an Apple Watch Series 5. The sales staff works hard to earn your business despite limited hot inventory
