Everyone was very nice and Lance did a great job. The mechanics found and knew the recall issue and took care of the issues in a fast and timely matter. The extra work I asked them to do was done perfectly. No more waking my neighbors up at 3 am with my annoying squeaky brakes. They have never been so quiet. Lol thanks guys! You all did a great job.

First time using Performance Toyota auto service. Called for an appointment and received one quickly. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and on the ball. I was impressed and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely use their services again.

I like the online setup to schedule appointments and how after diagnostic, I can receive the full report electronically and choose what service(s) I want done…
always find coupons for the services I need and the work is done promptly…have taken my car for serious work and minor things and so far excellent work done in all instances. They always find what’s wrong with my car when others can’t.

Service on my truck was done both efficiently and effectively. All personnel that I dealt with were pleasant and agreeable. I have always had my recall work done at Performance, and the experience is always a good one.

Corrine was a prompt and helpful service writer. Everyone seemed pretty busy but she made sure I was helped right away. My car was done quickly. The service manager even helped out by making sure I got the right tech to handle it. I did come in very early mileage and time wise. So I did have to pay. Which is fine. Most people don't get their oil changed at 700 miles. They did not give me a hard time about it. They were upfront about payment before my car was even taken back.

Had an appointment for a 4-wheel alignment. I dropped off my car the night before near the end of the service hours. Lance indicated that they could perform the alignment now since they were not super busy. I went for a a quick bite to eat close by and they completed the alignment in less than an hour.

Performance Toyota is definitely the best. They picked my truck up and brought it back free of charge did the required service which included rotating the tires giving it an oil change and oil filter change. Everything was free. That was the first time for me at the service and everything included that they did was free.

(Body Shop), thank you for getting my vehicle in during a busy time, and being able to repair it in a timely manner. Would have loved to receive an update through the repair process, otherwise vehicle was clean, and you dealt with my particular eye during pick up. Please as well, if possible, say thank you to the crew in the shop, for great work done!

Performance Toyota is the King of dealership land!!!
Seriously though, the maintenance warranty is for the life of your car.. you don’t just get a silly sticker, a car mortgage and One free oil change for purchasing a new auto there like the other guys… They offer way more and have come through!!! Go check them out before you waste money at another dealership every time you go for routine maintenance!!!!!!

They did great work detailing my car. There service reps were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed working with them. Highly reccomend the 5 star detail service, worth every penny.

First of all Performance had the battery that I needed on hand. Installing it was a seamless event requiring little time but most services have no ability to do a quick, emergency repair.
I was pleased that Performance handled the service well.

The people at Performance Toyota are great. I had a huge bill because my hybrid battery needed replacement which I was not expecting. Jose was the one to give me the bad news. He was compassionate, friendly and very professional. My car had other recommended repairs that were not required to be done at the same time, and Jose did not push me or try to intimidate me to get them done all at the same time. I trust him and Performance Toyota and highly recommend them.

Employees there are so welcoming and polite. Went in for my 5k maintenance check and what I thought would take over an hour took like only 20-30 minutes. Thank you look forward being your new customer in town!

I appreciated the service department giving me an appointment quickly for an emergent problem with my Camry. After working on my car, I also appreciated the honesty and timely communication from my advisor that there was a much simpler and less expensive solution than expected!

The shuttle service is very convenient and had very quick service. Took about 4 hours total for pick up, service ( state safety inspection, emissions check, and 40,000 miles check) and drop off.

Service is great, since the salutation until the car is delivered. Details about service including the reason were very well explained to me.
Service was also on time and staff very polite.
I recommend Toyota Performance to my friends.

I got to use the vehicle pick-up service and it was very convenient. I have a 1 year old son and it allowed me to stay home with him while my vehicle was serviced. Also credit to them coming out in snow. My winter wonder heros.

I always receive excellent service when at Performance Toyota. I am kept in the loop when things happen, and my problem is always discussed in detail before I agree to any service. The staff there is always friendly.

Cruise contdl dangling and hitting steering wheel; wires were showing. Called via phone at 7 AM Monday and followed all instructions to set up appt. Female service rep called me at
9:15; game me appt at 1:20. Arrived early; service rep came to
car to inspect problem. Said it was broken; replace had to order
a part; also could be disconnected. Advised to find cost. Service
rep said to leave car at Performance; valet took me home; call
almost immediately after I got home with cost. Too costly
gave instructions to disconnect and then have valet bring car
to my home. Car delivered to my home at 9:15 Tuesday.
This is a 5 star operation except for my trying to make appt
at 7AM~!!!! Valet service is the greatest addition to Performance
Motors and hope Mr. Blickle will not discard it!!!! Thank You
