McDonald's

Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. This dining room has an interior remodel which is almost complete provides a pleasant dining atmosphere. This location was clean and organized. When the weather allows there is outdoor seating available at a patio at the front of the location and an additional patio with flowers and the fountain on site.

They were Busy, Big Busy. Both Drive Thru lines were packed and the wait was fairly long. Team members were very polite and maintained a calm, pleasant demeanor which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my mobile order was missing some key items so I had to get back in line. The Drive Thru was cleared out thankfully. I shared that my order was wrong and I was told to pull to the 2nd window. The wait to the window was again backed up 😒. I decided to place a call to speak with the manager out of desperation. I spoke with one of the Managers Kristen and let's just say... she made it right. She was apologetic and admitted that it was busier than normal. The food was fresh! Thank You

To the person that was confused why they were charged more… I literally did the math and that’s exactly how much you were supposed to be charged. You can look on the app. Please do not insult the employees and saying they deserve minimum wage for minimum effort when it was clear you didn’t even calculate your total correctly.

Nice and clean McDonald's. Wait time for food is appropriate for fast food. Only negative is their prices. Higher than other McDonald's and they don't always choose to participate with the deals/offers advertised in the media.

I think it's crazy they have self serve machines. This allows the food to come out my faster. The staff was super friendly and more helpful than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Even the burgers were put together neatly. I'll come back just to eat inside. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve eaten here a bunch of times. It’s right around the corner from where I live, so it’s good for a quick bite in a rush.

Food is always fresh. My order is always right.

My favorite part of this location is the staff! They are always friendly and cordial.

This was the most cleanliness McDonald's. It was nicely decorated inside and out. Also the patio with cute seating and plants and flowers a pleasure. Food was cooked properly. The team is doing a Great job. Keep up the good work! So proud to see people taking pride in their job in this day and age.

This McDonald’s is by far the best location in the general Reading/Outskirts area. I am a part time Grub Hub driver so I deal with a lot of restaurants/fast food restaurants daily. This location has the friedliest staff of any I’ve visited in the area. I barely walk in the door when I am saluted and asked how I can be helped.The food is always on point. The facility is super clean in both the outside and inside of the restaurant, spotless. I would like to congratulate and thank the staff and management for the standard this location is held to, it is unseen anywhere else!

Easy drive thru. No issues. The food was as usual. The outside of McDonald's is also well maintained.

We ordered our meals at the drive thru. We had a short wait. It was worth it. Our meal came out popping hot. Fresh off the grill and deep fryer. Everything was excellent. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this establishment.

A West Lawn staple, the RH is very reasonable price-wise and conveniently located. I aim to pop in at off- peak hours for a quick bite. Booth backs have been extended in terms of height to separate booths more effectively. The staff is courteous and efficient. Too bad I can't eat ice cream.... the offerings here are fab!

I’m a DoorDasher and this McDonalds is the best place to go! The staff is amazing. Everyone is professional and friendly. No matter how busy they are organized and make everyone happy. I don’t know how they do it. The managers deserve a huge thumbs up here!

Friendly Personnel, Hot Fries, Steaming Hot Sandwich!! Very nice compared to a lot of McDonald's!! Wish they all were like this!!

This is our local McDonald's and since I have two children under 5 we visit regularly for Happy meal toys. They are good at special requests for my husband who likes things plain and me who likes things keto. They get our orders right, always remember the sauce, and are pretty quick which is not true for several other McDonald's in the area.

Every time I go into this McDonald's (which is a lot) they always make you feel like you are family and will go above and beyond the typical service. Before this store was redone I would have given it 2 stars on a good day. Even the managers will learn who you are and remember what you buy, this makes ordering so much faster.

Ordered on the app. Picked up inside. Food was correct and hot. Good manager running the shift too.

The location has the self ordering kiosks, but you can still order with the cashier. The drive thru has two lines that merge to one to help keep the orders moving. They also have spaces for people to do mobile ordering and the employees bring it to your car. If it is nice enough, there's an area to eat outside.

I have never been to such a McDonald's that the line was 10 cars deep and I got out in minutes, food is hot AND they literally waited to make sure I had everything because it was a big order. Will now go to this one from now on. Great job.
