Norman's Hallmark Shop

I came to return some items that were purchased for me as gifts from another Norman's Hallmark location. Sales staff was very considerate and found all items except for one that could not be returned. I could live with that. I found some replacement items that I will enjoy. I left the store pleased.

I'm not a regular shopper here, however, I needed to purchase chocolate covered pretzels as a thank you gift. I called them and the woman I spoke to was very friendly. I asked her if there was any way to order three boxes of chocolate covered pretzels and have them gift wrapped within 15 minutes? She said she would do her best. I got there 15 minutes later and I saw three boxes wrapped and ready to go. They were very friendly and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out in such short notice!

Very friendly and accommodating staff willing to help you navigate the store as well as answer your questions. Mature employees certainly make shopping here a worthwhile experience.

Beautiful place to shop for birthday gifts or any gifts, large selection of cards for All Occasions to choose from .store is a fun place just to go walking around and looking and touching.
