Staples

Home Depot is gone so I have been going to Staples. They have everything I need and if they dont, they are happy to help you order it thru their computer order system and it will be shipped directly to your home in a Day. Most of those who work there are very helpful and Management steps in if necessary. Yoely especially. Had a problem with an Order that was placed by an employee for Ink so I can scan on my Copy Machine. He ordered the wrong ones. By the time I looked at my receipt home, I saw the Error. Not Happy! I called and had a chat with Yoely. I went back to the Store, she found the correct Ink and helped me thru the Return process. Parking is free in their lot. They will also price match so if you find an ad elsewhere for the same item, they will match the lower price.

I don’t write reviews, but I’ve gotta say, Julie, flat out incredible. I came in at the end of the day with an impossible task on an impossible timeline. Not only did she exceed expectations, she did the whole thing with joy and professionalism. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Julie!

Neat clean has everything needed and great Christmas gifts for the family

Went the other day to get my second desk chair(first one broke). Awesome experience. They had the chair in stock, it was easy to find some one to get the chair. Poor kid had some kind of elevator issue and it took him a lil while but another associate kept me posted. The cashier helped me to my truck. They were all great. Thanks!

The junior passport photo guy was so nice. He let us select the picture from a few options and he was being extra cautious to make sure it wouldn't fail. We would get photos done here again.

I would like to thank the staff in the copying department at Staples. Sometimes we may lose faith in Individual decency, but my hope has been renewed. About 3 weeks ago I forgot my license on the copier machine. It was returned. I just want to say thank you!

I absolutely love this store! Its always clean, sales people are courteous & helpful. Cashiers are helpful with letting you know what is on sale or give you a comparable option priced less to your purchase item. I have never had a bad experience here.

Went in with code from Europe to print poster for a gift. Staff figured out how to configure for American sizes and printed out large, colored poster beautifully. They were cheerful, helpful and kind. Am very grateful for their help.

July 4th I was traveling with my family and friends (two separate vehicles) and upon crossing the Bridge we got separated out of the Toll Plaza and ended up going in two separate directions. Our radios were out of range, my cell phone would not hold a signal and we had no way of getting in touch with each other or getting back to them. I pulled off the highway exit 4 and into the yard of Staples. Being July 4th I figured everything would be closed and didn't know what or where to go from this point. Also, not having travelled through this route before didn't really know how to get back on track either. To my amazement the Staples Store was open. I went in and straight back to the photocopy / business centre and asked for assistance explaining our situation. Two staff members helped me out. I was able to find out where I was, where I needed to go to get back on track for home and one staff member even offered her personal cell phone so I could try to connect with our Friends travelling with us to let them know we were ok, and that we would be travelling a different route. I was also able to use her phone to call support for my own cell phone and get it working again. She let a complete stranger use her personal cell phone because we were in a real bind and needed the help. Between these two employees, even though I did not purchase anything from this store, they went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and it really was very much appreciated. Not sure if the store manager reads these reviews or not but I wanted to make sure to say thank you. We made it home that night by 1:30 am a 10hour drive and had no further issues along the way. Between you Jamy and your co-worker who lent me her phone, thank you.

Katrina in Elmsford was absolutely phenomenal today. She was so cordial, nice and listened to my concerns even though I was a tad rigid with the demands. Thank you so Katrina for saving my day. I appreciate you.

Preliminary back to school shopping for supplies. Best value of notebooks and paper double pocket & poly folders for organizing subjects and handouts. Will have to get more this week.

This store was clean & well stocked. The staff was courteous, helpful & professional. I found exactly what I needed. Overall great experience.

Love it....But some of them cost alot. I went to Staples right now and I just got a pack of highlighters and posits and I paid 14 and 68 cents.

Great spot. Staff are eager to help you find what you're looking for and have items in stock other stores don't seem to bother stocking any more.

Turned in spent ink cartridges, they only accept 10 per day. Not sure why the limit, they let you buy as many as you want?

I was pleasantly surprised to get help, find and buy what I needed promptly. While not always the case, I had a fine experience today.

Very clean and had what I needed. Staff was helpful too!
