From the time we walked in, through the alteration process, my daughter felt like a princess. Everyone was so patient with her as she retried on the same two dresses over and over again to make a final decision after already trying on about a dozen dresses already. We will definitely be recommending sing Cecile’s to everyone we know.

Yesterday I was able to take a client of mine who is competing for Miss Delaware America evening gown shopping. I knew this was the boutique to get the best of the best I myself have gotten my winning gowns from here. They process of making an appointment was so easy online. Upon arriving they knew our names and had gowns ready. Shana Zack and Layla really know their stuff. They were kind, all have an impressive and talented eye for style. I sat back and watched them all help ladies come in that were prom shopping. They made them feel like 1 in a million including their parents that they brought along. They took the time with not only us but other customers to be sure they were going to look like a 10. I can tell you the 7 ladies I saw leaving looked more than a 10. They were confident and overwhelmed with joy. Their attention to detail and compassion was superb. I will not send any of my clients or prom shoppers to any other place. I must add it is so clean and cute in there! Thank you again to your team for being “The Best of The Best”

I made a Sunday afternoon appointment for my daughter and myself as we both needed gowns. The staff although busy ( one on the phone & the other with a customer) greeted us upon entry. I love the setup of the boutique. Everything was easy to find. Shana and her staff were attentive, kind, & patient. I tried on a few gowns - some 3x. Thank You for an Amazing shopping experience!

I have been shopping with My Cecile Boutique 2018 and have always received the best customer service. The entire staff is well trained to answer questions about their merchandise and are amazing with suggesting pieces that look great on my size, weight and body type. Additionally, they’ve gone above and beyond to custom order items for me and ensure that they arrive in time. I will continue to shop here for my formal wear needs because the customer service and attention to detail is the best.

Today, we had a fun and successful shopping trip at Cecile’s for a senior prom gown. The staff were all friendly and encouraging. Zach was terrific- he asked for information, listened, gave feedback, made suggestions and was perfect to work with. The store is super bright and has a great selection. Could not recommend Cecile’s more. Thank you!!!

Amazing Customer Service! We couldn’t have had a better experience. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to find many options in Size 12 and was nervous about shopping on a Saturday when we might be competing with other customers for attention. However, I had nothing to worry about. The appointment process was efficient and the sales associates were very sweet and attentive. They took their time with us to make sure we found the perfect dress. I can’t say enough warm things about our sales associate, Lauren, who was assisted by Lizzy. We will definitely be back for our future dress needs!

I had an amazing experience!!! my mom and i came on a week day and was pleased at the customer service. I had crutches and a boot on and the owner was so helpful!! The owner, Shana, also picked out some dresses she thought I would like and I ended up picking one of them. It was a lovely experience that I was really nervous for especially with my crutches but the whole staff was very caring and helpful!!

The BEST place to go to for any type of dress event! Such a nice facility. Purchased my homecoming and prom dress here as did my sister. We had Lauren each time and absolutely LOVE her. All the girls are so nice and beyond helpful with your needs/wants in a dress. Have recommended so many friends here and all of them have had the same amazing experience while purchasing!

Just bought my prom dress there today and had such a great experience! I had came from another well known prom dress store and had left because of the bad service they had given. Cecile Boutique was so clean, open and provided so much help with finding the right dress for me. The girls were so sweet and supportive. They also had a lovely assortment of dress colors and styles.

After searching long and hard to find a dress for prom, I came across a boutique called “Cecile boutique”, which lead me to find the perfect prom dress! I was greeted by Mia a bright, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic consultant. She is professional in finding similar styles that were complementary to my shape ,and sense of style. As soon as I walked into the boutique I was welcomed.With the help of Mia I was able to find just what I wanted in approximately 30 minutes. Mia gladly assisted me, to make sure I stood out. From getting my exact measurements to helping me figure out what my escort should be wearing.I am very pleased with the dress I found. Thank you Mia,EXCELLENT SERVICE! Mia ,and the owner were incredibly friendly and they have a huge selection of dresses to choose from! I tried several other dress shops but none of them compare to Cecile boutique. Mia genuinely cares about you ,and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place - you won't be disappointed!

We were able to schedule an appointment our associate Mia was incredible took her time with my daughter who was overwhelmed and we expedited the shipping. Our dressed arrived on time as promised. All workers are super kind and helpful. I bought a dress and ordered it in my size. There was a mistake on the manufacturers side and the dress was not available in my size. Everyone worked really hard to make sure that I found a dress that I loved. The shop owner is super great! Beautiful selection of dresses

I came into this place still in complete tears from the last shop I went to for ‘fat shaming’ me, I came in And I swear by it I felt like I was best friends with all the girls, I cannot remember the other two girls names but them and Mel were the best people in the world there. They made me feel so beautiful and welcomed and they were honest and just throwing dress at me, it was fun and not stressful at all. It was such a great experience coming from the last store, the first dress I tried on ended up being my choice from me and everyone else. This place was amazing. You could literally try on every dress in that place and they’ll tell you your size and order it. The variety of the dresses were wide.

Went today to find a prom dress for my cousin, who is VERY picky. Kai and Mia found the perfect dress for her. Kai was exceptionally attentive. Her attitude and patience was radiant. She is clearly a great asset to the store. We had a great experience overall!

Going into Cecil Boutique I was very nervous as dresses are NOT my area of expertise. All the girls were so welcoming and comforting. I went alone without the stress of my mother (sorry mom) and they all provided me great feedback. My number one helper was Katelyn (or maybe Chelsea) I forget so sorry but she was so so sweet, informative, patient, and helped me to find just the type of dress I was looking for. Everyone was so respectful of my privacy and everyone make me feel so confident... usually doesn’t happen when I’m dress shopping. I just walked in on a Saturday without an apt and had the place to myself! Highly recommend to everyone!

By far the BEST dress shop if ever been to I LOVED it in there. Kai hepled me and she was so amazing helpful nice and she genuinely cared about what type of dress I was looking for . All the dresses were beautiful and good quality, the overall vibe of the store was so enjoyable. All of this being said while they were busy.

Prom dress shopping that we thought would be stressful, ended up a pretty systematic & stress free experience. Lizzy was Summer's associate, she talked w Summer in detail as to what was absolutely out in regards to color and dress type. Kudo's to Summer for knowing exact style & color she was after. Lizzy pulled several to her criteria & several outside of her comfort zone to reassure & rule out other possibilities. After a couple try ons, one dress kept standing out to both Summer, Lizzy, Carla & I. Amazingly the dress fit her like a glove & needed NO alterations, a HUGE plus financially & time issues.

Lizzy & Reghan were most helpful in regards to resale positives, & accessories. Thank you, Cecile Boutique for makiing this a pleasant & STRESS FREE experience. Both Lizzy & Reaghan should be recognized for their exceptional
help. Summer's prom was great, she looked amazing a received many, many compliments!
