James Byrne..is so good . It is refreshing to have an amazing employee with knowledge and a great personality. I almost stopped shopping here but because of him my appreciation has been restored in this business. I will send all my clients here because of him.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot in Pottstown. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. Been coming here for years. I really can't complain about anything here. I prefer this place over the Lowes.

Me and my Dad had help from Dave E. in the paint department. He was very helpful and made things quick and easy. Still some good people in this world!

Sign up for the free kids crafts! They're fairly easy to do and you don't have to clean your own house of paint afterwards.

We purchased a couple of appliances from Home Depot and Johnny from appliances was very courteous and helpful with our purchase. He made it easy and stress free, great salesman and associate.Also Bill in hardware very professional and helpful every time I come in.

Looked everywhere for just the right blinds. Other Home Depots had them, but couldn’t get them quickly as they were stacked up high. Elaine at Home Depot Pottstown went out of her way to find them, set them aside, and then called me to follow up and make sure I got them and they were correct. Many thanks!

Customer help was very good, unless you are not sure what you yourself don't know what you want. But we're super helpful when you find what you need and trying to decide which one would fit the bill properly.

Been going here for years great store for utilities and materials for painting wood crafting and all between

The employees here are always so helpful! I get my Halloween haul from them every year and all the employees are so nice and helpful with helping me locate and load my large items.

Great experience. They actually had some things most home depots do not carry

I have been to all the Home Depot's in the area searching for Halloween. They have the best selection of Animatronics.

I worked with a Julie for our large basement order and she was amazing enough to help me out not just the initial day but also organizing all the items and calling me back to finalize the transaction the next day. Superior customer service, thank you SO MUCH Julie Smith! ☺

Went to get a baby gate today. Would normally order it online, but needed it up for grandkids visit tomorrow (the old one was missing parts, so I couldn’t put that up in good conscience). Anyway, the selection wasn’t bad and the prices we slightly above average. I found the one that would work for my kitchen steps along with some heavier duty screws and got a military discount to top it off.

I come to this Home Depot a lot and they always have what I am looking for. Oh, the joy of homeownership.

Had to go in and return an item I no longer needed. Customer service was extremely quick and very friendly! My experience here on returning an item was outstanding! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Brian, the assistant manager, was super helpful over the phone. Knowledgeable, understanding, and very responsive in helping me through a water heater replacement. The woman who took care of me in the store during the return/purchase was friendly and professional too.

(Brian R) helped me right before Christmas when I came into your store to buy a rigid shop vac! He made awesome recommendations on products and an accessory kit!

Went to the home depot today for some electrical components everyone was very friendly and helpful the li es weren't very long and was able to quickly check out I would recommend this home depot to family and friends.

Good customer service. Not too crowded on a sat morning
