Showed up with 8 returns and was assisted by Jenny. She was so kind and pleasant even with my abundance of returns. Haha The best UPS employee I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! What a great location!

I've been using this UPS store on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg (PA) for years and have always had excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and efficient. Very good place to do business.

The service at this store is like no other in the Harrisburg area! The employees are friendly and always helpful! I actually drive out of my way to go to this particular store for that reason. They are awesome!

Neede to fax a letter to the bank to get them to fix the 1099 that was incorrect! The staff was so helpful and it only took a couple of minutes! Great place

This is a very nice store with cordial and knowledgeable employees. I got my passport picture taken here and returning to process my passport renewal. My first time at this UPS store and I am very impressed with the quality of service.

I have been using this UPS Store for shipping and printing needs for at least six years, both personally and on behalf of an organization. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Even on those days where there is a long line and/or multiple print jobs awaiting, I have been treated with kindness and respect, and work has been completed promptly--when possible, while I waited. This is one business where customer service is the number one priority, and it shows in everything they do!

Donna , Amy and the staff are very professional and helpful. They have helped me with printing issues and the quality of the work is wonderful.
No matter how busy they may be they alway greet their customers and advise of a short wait time. It's so much easier and convenient for me to drop in their store than to go to Post Office where usually they are understaffed and not so pleasant.

We have used this UPS Store for our business mailbox and for dropping off UPS/USPS packages for about the past three years. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Dropping off pre-paid packages takes no time as we don't require a receipt. Dropping off USPS is a real timesaver over traveling to the Post Office.

Dropped off a cable box return. Didn't need to box it or label. No charge to return. Simply put it on the scale and the lady did the rest. In and out in 5 minutes.

I never had a problem here always super nice and quick I think most of the bad reviews might be for the Linglestown location or even the one on Allentown Blvd which I’ve been to each once and they we’re just not as pleasant but when you click reviews for UPS stores in Harrisburg they’re all jumbled together for some reason
