AT&T Store

Carson was great! Very friendly, helpful and professional. Store location is so convenient.
Be aware that the store location can be confusing on google because the address is 2047 Eg Drive and not Linglestown Road.

Tyler made it easy and relatively quick to upgrade to my new phone. Now it's up to AT&T to give me what I was told to expect for my trade.

I just encountered the best customer service I have had in a long time from Chance at AT&T. I came to the store to finish a transaction I started two weeks ago.

When we entered the store, we were greeted right away and was told that he would be right with us. He was finishing up a customer and there was another person in line in front of us. Chance was very polite and worked quickly.

When he got to us he was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He had answered every question I had and just was such a lovely person to talk to.

In a world were customers service is not at all anything like it used to be…..there is Chance. I will definitely come back to this store because I know the kind of service I will get with Chance. A kind person who is very knowledgeable that will deliver great customer service.

Tyler was very informative and helpful with upgrading my phone…and all the times I needed assistance. He’s the best!

Jason and Jack were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a lot of questions. They answered all of them thoroughly, provided options to us and showed us additional features available on our phones. We did not feel rushed. It is hard to find the kind of exemplary customer service they provided. We would highly recommend stopping by to see them for all your AT&T needs!

I was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. Alondra and Chance helped me to pick the phone best suited for me. Alondra was knowledgeable, courteous and polite and professional. I had zero wait time before They were helping me.

The new manager Chantze was exceptional the overall store visit was pleasant. Professionalism was outstanding. I'll definitely will be doing more business with this crew.

I am not the type person to usually take the time to do this kind of thing.
I am so happy and satisfied with the service I received at the Harrisburg store today.
There is a young man named Jason who waited on me. I was having issues deleting photos from my old iPhone but wanted to keep the photos on my newer iPhone. I was having trouble doing this because the phones were synchronized and was deleting some of my favorite photos. I needed help with this as I am pretty illiterate when it comes to these things. I stopped at another store in my hometown a couple different times and the individuals there were very impatient and did not want to take the time to help me fully resolve my concerns.
Jason Johnson was very polite and so very helpful. I just wanted to reach out and let someone know that there is an employee working at the Harrisburg store who has exceptional AT&T customer service qualities. Thank you

Such an Amazing store. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have had by far. Jonathan the manager and his staff were all prompt and friendly and ensured that all of my questions and concerns were answered and resolved. The store was clean, organized, prepared to ensure that I was safe and protected during my visit. It was also fully stocked and I was able to leave with all the items that I need. They even went as far as to finding ways in saving me money on my monthly bill as well. There is no doubt that they care about there customers and that they will go above and beyond to demonstrate that. I hope at&t realizes the treasure they have when it comes to Jonathan and his amazing staff. Keep up the great work.

My experience with Jack at the AT&T store at EG Drive off of Linglestown Road was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the products in the store. He was very patient and answered my questions. I needed to upgrade my phone as it was over 4 years old and was running slow. He took his time with me and when I left at the end of my purchase, I was very satisfied with my phone purchase and the accessories and the care that he took in explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Jack!! Good job!!

Chantelle, the store manager, and Kyle were amazing! They activated my new account and walled me through how to set up my new s22 ultra. They also were very informative about some house keeping I must do with my phone. I will be back for them to out the camera cover on it... speaking of that I have two kinds that I will call or go over and ask what the prefer.
I also will be back as I think I will trade my phone within the 14 days and get the 256 gb. I already have 31/128...

After having poor customer service at another AT&T store in the Harrisburg region, I went to the store on Linglestown Road. Jack and Chantal treated me so nice, explained everything in detail to me and helped me upgrade to a new phone. The transfer of my stuff from one phone to the other went smooth. I will be returning here from now on for a year issues and when it is time to upgrade in the future. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this store.

Yes Jack was very attentive, he walked us through everything. Even though I asked him many questions, he never made me feel dumb. He didn’t withhold any information from us, and what he didn’t know, he told us to do our research on. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an upgrade or customer service.

Jack T was very helpful … he was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that I understood. He took his time with me so I didn’t feel rushed or confused. I feel that he gave me good advice. I thought he was an excellent resource.

We went today to upgrade my daughter’s phone. The team at this store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jack was very friendly and helpful. The other store employee and manager were also very friendly and helpful. Over the years, I have visited the other AT&T stores in the area and have found this one this one to be the best. We will be coming here going forward.

Great customer service! Jonathan is the best. He walked me through several options and made recommendations for an iPhone upgrade and peripherals. He was very knowledgeable and I open to ongoing support if needed. I'm up and running on my new Phone and loving it! Highly recommend this store!
